Warlordocracy v5.4

[p]Minor patch that adds some new assets for Ch.6, fixes the settings labels in the main menu (for real this time), and limited the effects of insanity in earlier chapters.[/p][p][/p][p]About 8 maps are finished for Chapter 6. I'll just post a screenshot of the first map for now. They get much snowier than this.[/p][p][/p][p][/p][p][/p][p]Complete list of changes:[/p][p]-Fixed Main Menu labels (for real this time).[/p][p]-Undying mobiles now heal 3 health per second (much faster).[/p][p]-Added characters and sprites for Ch.6: Hornello, Shesh, Cordia, the Stranger.[/p][p]-Added more snowy objects, sprites, and tiles for Ch.6.[/p][p]-Early chapters now have limits on insanity effects.[/p]

Warlordocracy v5.3

[p]Fixed a bug where status effects would overlap multi-line character names in HUD, another bug with abilities that had over level 10 skill requirements (skill limit got raised to 20 a long time ago), and an AI script bug where raptors weren't rolling into balls for speed if they were being controlled by another faction.[/p][p]Still mostly working on tiles and sprites for Chapter 6. Didn't wanna take screenshots yet because I need to cover more shit with snow first.[/p][p]Also updated Patron Stories and Holiday Havoc with new character stats for Izaris and Zombies (now called "Undying"). [p]Working on Necromancy mechanics and lore for Ch.6.[/p][p]I was hesitant to include undead in canon lore, since walking skeletons do not make much sense. I have officially decided to restrict skellies to dreams only (like the tutorial), but there will be zombie-like creatures in waking life explained with bacteria or some shit in Ch.6.[/p][p]Animate corpse spells now require nearby corpses. It looks great, but I'll wait until I have some new maps finished to upload videos. Lots of other little fixes.[/p][p][/p][p]Complete list of changes:[/p][p][/p][p]-Fixed the Necromancy spell Unliving Weapon.[/p][p]-Failing gemcrack translations now causes insanity.[/p][p]-Animate Corpse and Army of the Dead Necromancy spells now require nearby corpses.[/p][p]-Zombies are now called Undying, and they regenerate health (skellies are only in dreams).[/p][p]-Missiles now continue to target while paused, but do not disappear until unpaused.[/p][p]-New tracks from Sonic Kitchen: Preparations, FrostgateKeep, Monastery, IzarCity.[/p][p]-Mr. Beaves now disappears with a flash in death script (he's not real).[/p][p]-Added more snowy objects, sprites, and tiles for Ch.6.[/p][p]-Lots of new Undying Beastfolk baddies for Ch.6.[/p][p]-Fixed label in main menu "Auto-Pause" settings.[/p][p]-Updated credits and manuals.[/p][p][/p]

[p]Very small patch this time, but the good news is that there is nothing left on the to-do list before finishing Chapter 6. That means I'll just be making maps and writing dialogue for the next month or so and there won't be many patches.[/p][p]Also my new day job and desire to start actually playing games again will slow down progress a little, so there might not be another patch for a couple weeks.[/p][p][/p][p]Complete list of changes:[/p][p]-Missiles now continue to their destination while paused, since ranged attacks are instant.[/p][p]-Added Flash Arrow option to Augment Arrow ability.[/p][p]-Added more snowy objects and sprites for Ch.6.[/p][p]-Added more snowy map tiles for Ch.6.[/p]

Warlordocracy v5.0

[p]You can now rearrange your abilities (like with inventory). Had to move the status effects over to the character portrait when the character tab is open, which will obscure the sprite if you have a ton of status effects, but the good thing is you can now see the name and cost of your selected ability without relying on the tooltip.[/p][p]Killing pirates during the Ch.1 dock raid should now get you a reward from Clovia. Moved a couple things around in story files to make more sense, and also fixed a LOT more bugs, thanks to Exiled Fool, zf13448, and mickeimouss.[/p][p]I'll probably do another minor patch on Sunday, because I don't have much time during the week at the moment.[/p][p][/p][p]Here's a pic of the new ability arrange arrow buttons.[/p][p][/p][p]Here's a major battle from Ch.5 with 2 opposing catapults.[/p][p][dynamiclink][/dynamiclink][/p][p]Complete list of changes:[/p][p][/p][p]-You can now rearrange abilities like you can with inventory.[/p][p]-Status effects are now displayed in front of character portrait in character tab.[/p][p]-Selected ability name and cost are now displayed where status effects used to be in character tab.[/p][p]-Changed Douse Arrow ability to "Augment Arrow", increased required skills for flame and explosive arrows.[/p][p]-Fixed bug in Ch.2 where Feluco couldn't talk with Mikus after meeting with Lord Mesali (thanks to mickeimouss).[/p][p]-Killing pirates during the dock raid in Ch.1 will now get you respect, wealth, and maybe a point from Brayna.[/p][p]-Fixed problem in Ch.2 where you could murder Yara and rob her inn without consequence (thanks to zf13448).[/p][p]-Moved locked chest and loot from civilian house in Lockdell Market in Ch.1 into Lying Flute Tavern.[/p][p]-Deleted book on Golems in town hall in Ch.5 to reflect dialogue (thanks to Exiled Fool).[/p][p]-Fixed rare bug with auto ability use when interacting with usable crafting stations.[/p][p]-Added more reactions to Murderer reputation in dialogue.[/p][p]-Updated and upgraded sample parties for all 5 chapters.[/p][p]-Updated Player's Manual.[/p]
