Rogue Point | Dev Briefing #6

[p][/p]
A massive thank you! ❤️
[p]The whole team would like to say a huge thank you to everyone who downloaded and played the Rogue Point Demo in Steam Next Fest! The demo received over 50,000 downloads last week! So many Rogues answered the call and took the fight to MERX![/p][p][/p]
There’s still time to play it, as the demo will be available until June 26th!
[p][/p][p]There are always a few nerves before players get their hands on a new game for the first time. To see so many players giving it a go has made us very happy![/p][p]Which leads us onto the next thing...[/p][p][/p]
We hear your feedback! 📢
[p]This Pre-Alpha demo build of Rogue Point is not the final product. One of our aims with Steam Next Fest was to see what players thought about the game's systems, to allow us to make necessary changes and improvements before our Early Access release.[/p][p]We always wanted to make Rogue Point with community feedback in mind, and an important step towards that goal was to get the game into your hands early in development. As developers, we work so closely to the game that sometimes we struggle to see the forest through the trees. It's one of the most important things we learned from the release of Black Mesa - our community is a valuable source of new ideas and fresh perspectives[/p][p]We've received a wealth of useful community feedback in Steam discussions, the Crowbar Collective Discord and in our dedicated feedback website. And while we're still going through a lot of it, we would like to say thank you again to everyone who took the time to leave feedback! We hope that you'll all be very happy with the state of Rogue Point when we get to release![/p][p][/p]
Our Studio Head, Adam did a full breakdown of the feedback we've seen so far here! Give it a read for more info on our future development plans!
[p][/p]
What's next for Rogue Point? 🔮
[p]As mentioned before, we're currently going through all of your feedback and will be sharing more updates soon about Rogue Point's future development and how we'll be implementing player feedback into the game! So watch this space![/p][p][/p][p]As mentioned before, the demo is still live until June 26th![/p][p][/p]
Wishlist Rogue Point now:
[p][/p][p][dynamiclink][/dynamiclink][/p]
