Update v1.1

Update v1.1 is live! Thank you for an amazing support so far!



  • Fixed a problem when switching between game screens and another app, which caused issues with the cursor in the game.

  • Elite Missile Enemy now deals less damage.

  • Fixed a crash that occurred underwater when finishing a level. We still need feedback from players who experienced this crash to confirm it’s resolved.

  • Added the option in the settings menu to disable the scanner icon on the HUD.

  • Fixed an issue with changing resolution when switching to windowed mode and back to fullscreen.

  • Default gamepad sensitivity has been reduced.

  • Loading a save after destroying the barrier now keeps the barrier gone, but robots still hover and shoot lasers in Blue Desert.

  • Added a toggle-to-sprint option for both keyboard and gamepad.

  • Default music volume has been lowered.

  • Fixed terrain changes near the blue material deposit when driving the RC car.

  • Fixed a bug where the boss would slide instead of standing up immediately.

  • When a gamepad is connected, "Hold to Crouch" is now off by default.

  • On Red Desert, the game now saves progress after hacking either of the two PCs. It will also save when you first interact with each PC by pressing "F."

  • Fixed an issue where the third electric in Cylinder Town, when using the RC car, could pass through walls.

  • Increased HP slightly for all enemies in higher difficulty levels. Previously, HP boosts applied only to certain enemies.

  • Fixed the 5 Loot Boxes achievement.

  • Fixed the 10 Levels achievement and changed to 7 Levels.

  • Changed the "Kill 10 Explosive Spiders" achievement to "Kill 7 Explosive Spiders."

  • Added a fix for the cutscene at the end of 13 The Forest: "Return to Mission Area" won't appear anymore.

  • Fixed loading texture issues and freezing during spaceship landings.

Hi!

Another update from our side. In next update we will fix more things with gamepad support. There is a special pinned thread in the steam discussion, if you would like to give us some feedback about gamepad (what to fix for you), let us know!

UPDATE


  • Resolved an issue where the reassigned Shift key was not working for some players.

  • Fixed the sprint mechanic on the left analog stick. Now, sprinting always works with a single click instead of requiring two clicks.

  • The tutorial has been updated to better explain how the scanner works now.

  • The "RT" button on gamepads should now only make the spaceship move forward and no longer trigger shooting.

  • Fixed an issue where graphics settings were not saved after exiting and reopening the game.

  • Added an option to toggle on/off weapon crosshairs in the Interface tab.

  • When starting the game on Steam Deck (Linux), a popup will now display with additional information how to navigate in the menu.

Highly requested, based on your feedback from now on scanner not only shows Weapon Printers, but also Loot Boxes and Hologram Letters.

  • Added a setting to toggle head bobbing animation on/off in Gameplay settings.

  • Another iteration of improving performance of the game.

  • Removed one turret enemy from Black Star interior, as it was too hard.

  • Buildings on the Ice Planet are no longer dark inside.

  • Fixed FOV changing after cutscenes.

  • Fixed the misaligned right mouse button prompt in the top tutorial.

  • BP explosive barrels now deal more damage to robots.

  • Sliding no longer leaves a small piece of stamina from the skill bar.

  • Better balance for shotgun and machine gun enemies.

  • Added more currency on the Ice Planet.

  • Fixed currency being under the floor in the 3rd base on Ice Planet.

  • Improved performance in the garage on Red Desert.

  • Fixed double jump access to unintended areas in Cylinder Town.

  • Placeholder model in the background removed on Alien Landscape.

  • Heating cube on Ice Planet is no longer too dark.

  • Fixed a hole in the cave on Blue Desert.

  • Added more currency on Blue Desert.

  • Fixed invisible wall on Ice Planet.

  • Fixed an issue where players who had used reset all key bindings in the past experienced problems with assigned buttons after every update download.

Another update! This time, we've added a highly requested difficulty level and boosted performance of the game! . Check out all the other fixes and improvements below.

  • Major performance boost on space level.

  • Lighting optimized on all levels.

  • Sprint now uses much less stamina, allowing for longer sprints.

  • Fixed issue where turrets wouldn’t respond after loading a save.

  • Red Desert performance boost.

  • Decreased SMG damage.

  • Increased Machine Gun damage.

  • Increased Assault Rifle damage.

  • Fixed an issue where Toby’s voice reading hologram letters didn’t follow the audio settings.

  • Redesigned space level to reduce jumping sections.

  • Fixed bug where players would die when reaching the edge of the platform near the spaceship on the space level.

  • On the second arena of the moon level, there are now 2 robots instead of 3 (the arena was too hard).

  • Moved elite enemy from blue desert arena to a better location for that fight.

  • Enemies on the blue desert arena no longer get stuck in rocks.

  • Achievement “Reach level 12” changed to “Reach level 10.”

  • Achievement “Reach level 10” changed to “Reach level 5.”

  • Achievement “Kill 10 turrets” changed to “Kill 5 turrets.”

  • Achievement “Kill 12 turrets” changed to “Kill 10 turrets.”

  • Achievement “Kill 10 explosive sniper” changed to “Kill 5 explosive sniper.”

  • Achievement “Kill 12 explosive sniper” changed to “Kill 10 explosive sniper.”

  • Toby’s dialogues are now removed during combat on the underwater base (he isn’t in contact with you then).

  • Significantly reduced melee damage, which was too overpowered.

  • Achievements icons are no longer placeholders.

  • Fixed hand placement: character hands no longer misalign after exiting a wormhole on Black Star.

  • Fixed ammo display mismatch in the menu.

  • Added current build version in the lower-left corner of the main and pause menus.

  • Fixed display bug: unlocking “Vitality Overdrive” and progressing to the next level now correctly shows damage received.
