Drop Rate Adjustment for the ‘Grab the Breakthrough’ Event

[p]Greetings, Descendants.[/p][p] [/p][p]We would like to inform you of an adjustment to the drop rates for the ‘Grab the Breakthrough’ event.[/p][p] [/p][p]Due to the high interest in the Acrylic Goods Set and Artbook available through grab tickets, we have confirmed that these rewards are being fully claimed shortly after the daily reset (PDT 00:00).[/p][p] [/p][p]To better accommodate the varied participation times of Descendants, drop rates have been adjusted so that rewards are not limited only to those who participate in the event exactly at the reset time.[/p][p] [/p][p]Please note that the daily limits for physical rewards remain unchanged, and once the set number of rewards is exhausted for the day, they will no longer be obtainable until the next reset.[/p][p] [/p][p]In addition, due to local laws and regulations, delivery of physical rewards may not be available in certain regions. ■ Paint Retrieval and Caliber Refund Schedule
- Schedule: Starting from PDT 2025.07.07 (Mon) 01:30, processed sequentially.
ᐧ You may experience a one-time disconnection during this process.
ᐧ A follow-up notice will be provided once the process is complete.
- Eligible Players: Descendants who purchased the discontinued paint items.
ㄴ All ‘Spotify Black’ and ‘Spotify Green’ paints, whether held or applied to customization items, will be retrieved.
ㄴ Caliber used for the purchases will be refunded via in-game mail.
ㄴ Event-obtained ‘Spotify Black’ and ‘Spotify Green’ paints (1 of each) will be reissued via mail.

■ Compensation Details
- As an apology for the sudden product discontinuation, 5 of each discontinued paint item will be granted to all Descendants.
