Hotfix v0.9.1 [7544]

  • Temporarily disabled Second Wind perk as it has a bug where the game can go on forever
  • Unopened packages now can go with you when the map changes with Spirited Away
  • Item Shuffle is now less likely in Endless Gamemode

  • Fixed getting stuck on Item Sniper UI window
  • Fixed a crash related to finishing an exorcism on classic gamemode
  • Fixed a crash where after doing tutorial and entering the lobby, you crash on entering the game
  • Fixed a crash that sometimes happened when changing maps or starting a game
  • Fixed a crash related to the endless gamemode packages
  • Fixed suticases not counting any more in the House map
  • Fixed bug where sometimes you cannot extract or leave early from the Ship map
  • Fixed a bug with using abilities or emoting on the exorcism end round sequence causing crashes
  • Fixed a bug with exorcism fire effects chances acting weird in Endless Gamemode in later rounds.

Endless Update v0.9.0

[h3]Changes[/h3]
  • Added Endless Gamemode: A new gamemode where you can take on exorcisms back-to-back with increasing rewards and randomized rogue-lite mechanics! (Change the gamemode from the lobby creation window)
    • Vote for unique team perks with your teammates
    • Customize your skill tree build each round by choosing from randomized perks, with some new gamemode exclusive ones.
    • Adapt to different game altering curses each round
    • Exorcise different ghosts and experience different maps each round as the difficulty ramps up
    • Exfil to leave and bank your rewards or continue at the risk of dying and getting reduced rewards (Exfil is available every 5 rounds)
    • Survive as long as you can and share your highscore!
  • Drowned ghost balance
    • Changed Drowned to be slightly more visible in the dark
    • Made Drowned behavior a bit more stable
    • Polished her animations a bit

Drowned Update v0.8.0

  • NEW GHOST: The Drowned. A restless soul who cannot stay still.
    • Information about them in the Ghost Station is pending analysis, all of the exorcist community must fight against them for it to reach 100%!
  • Increased base Occult collector chance from 15% to 20%

  • Fixed a common bug with AI not moving for a long time after starting a haunt with no one in its vision
  • Fixed Occult Collector description not showing its base chance
  • Fixed a bug where settings menus didn't close with pressing ESC
  • Fixed Nyx Occult Collector making the discovery noise every time you use Q
  • Fixed Nyx seeing Suitcases as Red and Yellow at the same time when able to see Collectables.
  • Fixed FailureReceived error on being disconnected not saying correct reasons.
  • Fixed bug when pressing Space button opening Lantern for free even when its out of charge.

  • Changed Incence Ball to now slowly clear miasma if thrown inside miasma (around 20s or so).

  • Fixed the miasma tutorial and lobby bugs
  • Fix match timer bug where it doesnt reset when starting a new match
  • Fixed bug where after shuffle cursed item that were revealed to Nyx stay revealed (despite being uncursed)
  • Fixed fog visual glitches if you were alt tabbed when the fog changes state
  • Fixed Incence Ball to now work as intended.
  • Fixed flashlight flickering forever bug if you possess cupcake during a haunt
  • Fixed cooldown watch not working for spectators

Content Patch v0.7.1

[h3]Changes[/h3]
  • Miasma Rework
    • Visual rework. Miasma now looks like red mist that only allow you to see around. This will make it more imposing and also less nauseating than earlier looks
    • Threat hotspot Miasma will now have an increased chance of enemy encounter, whether enemies spawn there or ghosts frequent that area as they roam the premise, you have to be very careful from Miasma!
    • Threat buff Miasma buffs ghosts to be slightly faster.
    • Considered as a dark room Miasma will always be considered as a dark room such as for Sanity or by the Shadow
    • Rebalance Miasma is now back to being a little more common
  • Skill Tree Reworks
    • Zay Hound tree Reworked Tell Tail Sign into Pawsession which allows Zay to press Q and take control of Cupcake, scouting the areas and pressing RMB to sniff around for items. (You can also emote!!!)
    • Zay Hound tree Sentinel is now the second major node, but will also be reworked soon
    • Nyx Seer tree Demonologist replaced by Clairvoyence, allowing Nyx players to RMB on any detected enemy and show them to her allies.
    • Nyx Librarian tree Cursed Items revealed to Nyx by Occult Collector now stay revealed to her any time she opens the book. There is now an upper limit on how many she can reveal per game.
    • Nyx Librarian tree Demonologist node added as a minor node near the end of the tree
  • Twins' Annette now requires to be comforted with interact instead of just getting close.
  • Reworked the Unknown difficulty modifier Minighost Galore to increase minighost spawn frequency not spawn multiples of the same type, which is how it used to work
  • Added a game summary timer to show how long the exorcist took (Go go speedrunners)

  • Fixed some problematic Thornwood spots where the ghosts cant reach but players can
  • Fixed double dog bug when a dog is dropped while entering the car
  • Fixed glowstick somehow protecting from sanity depravation in the dark when dropped on the ground
  • Fixed a lot of issues with Eirene Gambler Redraw node
  • Twins no longer keep hunting after they are exorcised
  • Fix Hospital performance issues
  • Fixed bug where suitcase or lantern charger can save player from dying to a hunt
  • Fixed issue with disconnected players not dropping their items on death
  • Made Nyx Seer Goosebumps a bit more obvious
  • Fixed Eirene throw card animation repeating sometimes on high ping
