- And a few other minor fixes.

Update 0.7.5

We bring you update 0.7.5 with several interesting gameplay improvements. Thanks to all the game fans who write us comments for the great feedback!

While you can enjoy the update, we're already working on a new one - next time we'll finally get a new map (among other things)!

What has changed?

  • The computer now actively tries to use political actions, whether positive (e.g. offer an alliance), neutral (try to buy land from you), or negative (sabotage, kill the governor, bribe the governor, etc.).
  • Added Royal Council where you can assemble a council of nobles and scholars and use their skills.
  • The Royal Council can focus on one of several tasks you choose. For example, it can actively set optimal taxes in the provinces to make the most money for you, but without the people revolting.
  • The people on your council may die of age or disease in much the same way as governors, for example.
  • You can now turn on Tactical Battles in the game Options. These fights are a bit slower (soldiers are slower to kill), so they are for those who want to be more tactical.
  • Fixed a bug with important people "Inventors", some of them had no bonuses.
  • Modified font system to support Asian languages.
  • After conquering a territory, the mood is very bad for a while, it remains, but in certain cases you can partially influence it with military garrison and low taxes.
  • Fixed quest "Don't attack".
  • If you conquer a territory that has been plundered before or the people there are rebelling, it can in turn lift the spirits of the inhabitants. They see you as a liberator.
  • If the nobility wants to declare war on someone, they'll pick them from the factions you have the worst relations with.
  • The marketplace revenue bonus is reduced from 50 to 20 percent.
  • And lots of other smaller fixes.

Enjoy it and look forward to more improvements!

Update 0.7.4

Hi! We have the first interesting update (0.7.4) for you, with a lot of changes. I'm sure you will like it, because we took inspiration from your feedback from the first Early Access version!

What has changed?

  • An overview window of all provinces in your kingdom where you can individually set taxes, governor etc.
  • Change army creations by AI. AI is trying to attack with larger armies than before.
  • Battles: if you attack the AI first, it doesn't wait as long before attacking back.
  • Battles: warrior heads reduced by 15%, a compromise between cartoon and realistic heads. Smaller heads are more realistic, but again units are harder to recognize on the battlefield.
  • Battles: if a unit is fleeing from a battle, a broken morale icon appears above it.
  • Economics: Reduced production of technology.
  • Economics: Price of inventions adjusted, usually slightly increased.
  • Slightly reduced population in the provinces.
  • The added diplomat icon (which means you have a diplomat in the province) appears above the province flag, similar to a spy.
  • Fixed the stats for completed battles when a player is attacked by an enemy (they were backwards).
  • The "Blackmail" action can no longer be run on Rebels and costs more prestige.
  • When buying buildings, a tooltip with important information about the buildings appears above the buttons.
  • French localization updated.
  • Adjusted calculation for Quick Battle.
  • The efficiency of a large kingdom decreases much faster.
  • The AI recruits units faster as time goes on if it has few units in a province.
  • After the conquest of a territory, it is not possible to recruit units in it for a while. If the province is of another culture or the land is plundered, the time is longer.

Enjoy it and look forward to more improvements!
