- Lowered Skeleton Hook stun duration to 1 second
- Angelic Items can now be re-rolled for quality but not diced, also cost is 5 tokens now.
- Removed Chaos Shrines from wormholes (Was not intended and doesnt work with the concept at all). Increased base chance for Chaos Shrines to spawn by 5%

- Fixed damage packets to 64bit so that damage text doesnt turn into -B()
- Fixed a fatal issue with enemy destroy procs not working on clients 3 and 4

[h2]General[/h2]
- Buffed boss rune drop rates, Zod still stays the same rarity
- "Minibosses" can now drop boss runes too, this includes boss statues, chaos shrine bosses and wormhole bosses
- Rare+ rings can now roll life and mana per hit
- Dots now replace existing stacks if the damage is higher than the existing one

[h2]Fixes[/h2]
- Fixed bugged dodge and block stacks (Ranged chars now have 3 stacks and melees 5)
- Fixed Homing Shots on Marauder
- Fixed Samurai Omnislash not proccing certain abilities + procs them on the clone or the player
- Fixed Satanic Drop crashing on dungeon chests in inferno dungeons
- Fixed a bug with stamina not converting to max hp and energy not converting to max mana

[h2]Nomad[/h2]
- Reduced movement speed of traveler and wind armor, these were providing just a tad too much movement speed (They were supposed to provide flat movement speed and not %, so that's why drastic numerical changes)
- Reduced duration of Sandstorm by 1 second so it will now last 4 seconds instead of 5
- Increased cooldown of Sandstorm to 22 seconds from 20

[h2]Marksman[/h2]
- MM Gunner drones scaling buffed slightly
- Increased damage of Seismic Slam by quite a bit and increased early game scaling
- Increased damage of Shockwave by quite a bit

[h2]Demonspawn[/h2]
- Gave some love to bone conjurer tree (mostly pumped dmg numbers slightly up here and there)

[h2]Demonslayer[/h2]
- Tweaked scaling on the melee abilities to reflect the fact that they are melee and hard casts.
- Slightly buffed the absorption shield on both trees
- Added 50 MS buff to Demon Form

[h2]Amazon[/h2]
- Re-worked Tropical Thunder, now does the same pattern every time with extra padding
- Odin's Battle Maiden no longer works with poison tree
- Odin's Battle Maiden now increases Spearnage damage correctly

[h2]White Mage[/h2]
- Fixed Benediction stacking wrong. Now stacks to max 3 stacks and also works correctly with Dark Magic and Restless Souls too and is also activated from Flash Heal
- Increased Burst of Light mask a bit
- Dark Oath buffed a bit, now adds 1% magic damage per 15k mana

[h2]Viking[/h2]
- Whirlwind AOE increased + now it can proc stone skin and pummel
- Throw! is now based on the Berserker's max hp
- Buffed how much AS affects Whirlwinds tick rate

[h2]Shield Lancer[/h2]
- Stand United no longer works with 2 lancers, only picks one
- Lancer Throw now doesnt go inside structures

[h2]Shaman[/h2]
- Buffed Earth Armor scaling

[h2]Marauder[/h2]
- Fixed Trophy Hunter not working at all
- Removed stun from Chain Traps

[h2]Plague Doctor[/h2]
- Devout Doctor now has 50% increased Health Costs for abilities
- Fixed Lifeblood Aura tooltip and added explanation
- Buffed Plague Master scaling from 5 + 1% to 20 + 2%
- Defunct Surgeon can no longer be casted below 50% hp

[h2]Items[/h2]
- Viking boots can now roll cold damage (like the Helmet and the Weapon)
- Removed flat/% elemental damage from Arcane Bastion, this was never intended to be implemented
- Ravager stats got rolled back to vanilla values (like Odin's Paladin set) and are now set to correct values (nerfed a little) those who made them must have realised it was way too good for its price. It should be on par with high end satanics with additional DMG aura but worse than runewords that require boss runes.
- Some set helmets had really low dmg values pumped thos slightly (IE: Amazon set helmet)
- Reduced light cola relic dmg and buffed surströmming dmg
- Nerfed Praetorianblood buff from 200% to 50% (Shield bearers/lancers used this as insane steroids for dmg)
- Buffed radbull with some all stats and extra socket, and the buff gives 50% aps instead of 15
- Buffed witches potion to be on par with Wizard potion (mana equivalent)
- Gave Vodka 1 extra socket
- Crystal potion now grants passive 4 max all res, and 25 all res instead of 20. Reduced the buff max all ress from 12 to 6
- Overall increased most of the potion duration from 8 sec to 10 and reduced some of the cooldowns from 35 to 30
- Gave Big Joe +1 All Talents since it was slacking a bit
- Gave Mjolner a 40% chance to proc Chain Lightning. For the cost the proc rate was a bit underwhelming
- Removed the static Phys% from the base roll of Ashbringer. You can still roll Phys% by random elemental roll though
- All Talents no longer scale with iLevel on mythic+ items
- Buffed Ascendancy ability by 100%
- Added drop rate to Talons of Wisdom claw weapon

Patch 5.0.0.4

[h2]General[/h2]
- Fixed all talents scaling, items that should have had +2 all talents (most satanic amulets) didn't have it unless the item was 100% quality. Now if item has base +2 and the quality is 75% or above, you will get +2 and if you manage to get it to 112% or above it gives +3 all talents
- Dungeon Chests are now shared for players, when one opens it everyone will get their drops but the chest wont respawn
- Lowered Talent Reset price above level 50
- Claw weapons can now roll Magic for shamans
- Increased base dodge and block stacks to 5
- Added "Enter Password" to server join prompt
- You can now exit zones even if boss is alive
- Adjusted Dungeon Key drop chances
- Runes above ist cannot be crafted

- Fixed Clone and Melee Mercenary not dealing damage (+ clone throwing things into wrong direction)

- Fixed Server Difficulty for clients (showed diff 1 even if it was 5)
- Fixed Ring of Immortality, now gives you a hard regen when below 25% HP (Shares cooldown with anubis set)
- Potential Fix to Guild Reputation bug

[h2]Redneck[/h2]
- Buffed Logger's Endurance by quite a bit. The values were much lower than we intended.

[h2]Samurai[/h2]
- Potential fix to Explosive Kunai crashing the game
- Fixed Shadow Clone relic procc in omnislash etc

[h2]Marauder[/h2]
- Lowered Unstable Bomb mask by 50%

[h2]Marksman[/h2]
- Potential fix for bugged turrets
- Corrected Safe Space, now requires to be 64 px away from enemy and is capped at 224 px
- Increased Gunner Drone damage by 30%
- Nerfed Arrow Rain projectile padding

[h2]White Mage[/h2]
- Oversized now shows on Dark Oath visually

[h2]Paladin[/h2]
- Fixed False Salvation, now stacks up to 3 and leeches armor from enemies

Unfortunately Game Maker and MAC don't seem to currently be in any way compatible with each other we cannot provide a version for MAC. We are working on fixing this issue, but it will take some time to solve. Same goes for iOS, we are currently unable to build the game for these platforms for an unknown reason.
- Added light glow to dungeon entrances and exits + now special dungeons display their name

Season 10 is now live!

After a hectic period of time, the season 10 for Hero Siege is finally live!

PC was updated first, mac and linux will follow very soon!

Here are the Season 10 Patch Notes


[h2]Chaos Shrines[/h2]
"Chaos shrine has a chance to spawn instead of any shrine(Angel/Devil/Health/Boss), the chances will go up based on how many zones you have cleared(you have to kill some of the monsters not all). Ideally making it worthwhile to farm different zones, instead of just spamming one. The bonus chance will reset when resetting the game.

Triggering the shrine requires you to kill X amount of mobs, just like the boss shrines. What happens then? Well chaos:. There are multiple outcomes but I can assure you all of them are worth your time
While on lower difficulties the rewards and possible enemy/boss encounters are tuned accordingly. Obviously on inferno you can reap the best rewards!

[h2]General[/h2]
- There is now a portal back to entrance in every special dungeon such as Black Tower
- Special Dungeons now require keys to open on Inferno, keys drop from enemies/bosses etc. Dungeons also have a treasure chests you can open after clearing the final level in which drops rewards
- Mercenary can now be purchased from Gar Nor in town
- Difficulties now have sub levels that can be chosen, increasing Magic Find and Experience Gain. This does not affect Wormholes
- Fallen Inoya now requires pieces from all 7 bosses
- Black Market prices lowered by 50%
- You can now use a key for movement with the mouse (Binded to Mouse 2 on default).
- You can now bind mouse buttons to abilities
- You can now ALT + Left click to ping your fellow players
- Increased buffs and debuffs from Devil Shrine by 50%
- Re-worked the whole crit system, every enemy now rolls for crit when they get hit.
- Combat Text is now smarter and pushes away other combat texts
- Combat Text is more customisable (Size & colour)
- Added Vsync option
- Minimap next zone is now marked with a red icon
- Black Guild colors are now set to be a bit lighter since its a mess
- Fixed object colors in satans throne room
- Re-worked Training Dummy art
- UI improvements for inventory, pause menu etc.
- You can now zoom your Field of View down (zoom in) in the options
- Added an ingame border in the hud
- Improved talent screen headers
- Ranking is now displayed in Chat as the position
- Player inspection screen is now re-worked
- Talent UI completely overhauled, now adding new stats for us to show is very easy
- Lowered Trap Damage
- Improved Inventory UI significantly
- Removed comparing box from inventory, the gained stats are drawn in the statistics with green
- Talent Reset price lowered to 250-25000 depending on level

- Sets now require -1 of the whole set to give the effect (Except Tal's)
- Increased all enemy type drop factors
- Lowered all satanic tier numbers: SS: 160k, S: 125k, AA: 95k, A: 80k, B 65k, C 50k

- Rebalanced the Elemental Bows

- High runes now only drop in inferno, mid runes only in hell.
- High runes beyond id 32 only drop on inferno act bosses and wh bosses now.
- Increased token drops a bit (not including ruby key and dshard)

[h2]Player[/h2]
- Every damage type is now calculated individually in the damage number and on enemy impact (elemental breaks, penetration etc)
- Non-season players will have their level color gray and hero level color red in chat
- AOE abilities and effects now cut from walls visually, no longer drawing on top of them.
- Mana and Health regen stat is now based on 100% of your max hp and mana
- Lowered Mana cost scaling
- Mana per second and HP per second no longer drops in combat
- Hero Level requirement lowered by 50%
- Base critical chance is now 5%
- Base crit damage is now 25%
- Removed Crit chance cap
- Dots can crit now
- Fixed Weapon Damage scaling on abilities
- Weapon Damage on abilities now scales 5% per point up to 100% with 20 points in a talent
- Skill tooltips now show cooldown
- Abilities now have maximums you can put to it before reaching a certain level (the level is displayed after the name when its locked)
- Optimized the player buff system

[h2]Shop[/h2]
- Steam Lootboxes + Key purchases & skins are now set up, the Steam Inventory can be accessed from PAUSE menu. Lootboxes have a chance to drop from all bosses and crystal chests with a steam set interval of 15 minutes.
- Shop now shows correct prices (even sale prices if there is one). Only on STEAM tho.
- Shop visual remade, featured and clothing sections etc.
- Shop will now show the hat you have equipped when browsing skins, equip the skin to reset the hat to the skin's hat.
- Bought skins are now automatically unlocked in the shop
- Fixed Steam Skin not working in offhand
- Major improvements in the shop (You can now see your collected stuff)

[h2]Monsters & Bosses[/h2]
- Reduced Boss damage scaling a bit
- Removed Boss health regen
- Act bosses should now be normal rarity on Normal
- Halved Grim Reaper "Death Coil" cast time
- Damaging reaper skull circle skulls are now white, non damaging are blue
- Reaper skulls no longer oneshot
- Damien's Following head is now bigger and has a glow below it
- Fixed Abomination boss damage
- Unstable Rift Mlevel scale now difficulty based
- Balanced Commander enemies having too much hp etc
- Lowered inferno monster level + special dungeon scaling
- Enemies now have Diminishing Return for player stuns, 100% - 50% - 25% and immune
- Lowered enemy Mortar, Thunder Orbiter etc damage
- Reduced Electrified damage by 50%
- Removed Slowdown effect from bosses
- Treasure Goblins are now Elite on Normal, Ancient on Nightmare/Hell and Champions on Inferno
- Lowered Sand Goliath Armor from 65 to 35
- Fixed enemy projectiles and abilities piercing through all dodge/block stacks
- Lowered Monster Level in Shadow Boss room
- Increased Act Boss & Miniboss and Ancient or higher enemy drop rates

[h2]Fixes[/h2]
- Nerfed grass based item drops
- Light Source abilities and projectiles now have correct lighting below them and not black shadows
- Left D-pad now shows loots on ground like ALT does without gamepad (remember to turn "Show loot names" off if you dont want to see them all the time)
- Number compressed values in Buffs (now showing K, M, B etc)
- Removed Shift for +5 talents for now due to the system needing a larger re-work to enable this now
- Improved code on drops to loop less, eating performance (gold, keys etc)
- Removed vote reset in the tutorial
- Nerfed Relic damage quite a bit
- Shrine buffs are no longer applied if a stronger of the same buff exists, same amount refreshes the time
- Removed bonus EXP from below Inferno in dungeons
- Mercenary basic reduction scale buffed from 50% to 85%
- Fixed Elemental Weakness
- Fixed buffs not drawing on screen
- Reworked visual inventory
- Did a ton of performance optimization for enemy density
- Fixed minions being unable to crit
- All summons are now destroyed if the talent no longer has points in it
- All summon abilities now destroy the old summons before creating fresh ones
- Skill tooltips now show cooldown
- Physical Damage now shows as Physical Damage, not "Damage"
- Fixed plenty of tooltips
- Fixed tooltips and rebalanced every set in game
- Mining Nodes now show red text if you are not able to mine them
- Fixed loadouts not clearing old items
- Fixed confused enemies attacking
- Fixed some enemies not casting at all
- Fixed possible death flag problems with spawning into voids/water
- Fixed DoT damage number compression
- Fixed Runewords rolling bugged levels
