Major Update & Playtest Announcement - March 04th (Tue)

Hello, Commanders!
The playtest will begin simultaneously with the update!

In the playtest build, you can experience all the content developed so far, including Chapter 3, in advance.

Since it is not yet in its final form, we aim to incorporate your feedback to refine the game for its official release. We greatly appreciate your participation!

For those who could not apply for the playtest, we will occasionally provide codes, so please keep an eye on our various communities, including Discord!

Additionally, if you share your playtest feedback on Flyway Games Discord, you will have a chance to win a full game code through a giveaway event. We encourage your active participation!




[h3]Balancing[/h3]

  • The event "Bizarre Engineering Lab" has been modified.
    • Added about 20 new choices.
    • Reduced the event's appearance rate on the map.
    • Decreased the probability of powerful choices appearing.
  • The environmental element "Crystal Vein" has been modified.
    • Health: 30 → 60
  • The card "Ghost Knight" has been changed.
    • Unit count: 3 → 6
  • The relic "Crouching Dragon Statue" has been changed.
    • Before: If you use 3 tactical cards in a turn, gain 1 random tactical card and set your mana to 0 for this battle.
    • After: Tactical cards can be used one additional time. Increases the mana cost of tactical cards by 1.
  • The relic "Spiked Armor" has been changed.
    • Before: Increases your commander's attack power by 5.
    • After: Increases your commander's attack power by 10.
  • The relic "First Trumpet" has been changed.
    • Before: Increases the attack power of allied units summoned on the first turn by 1.
    • After: Increases the attack power of allied units summoned on the first turn by 2.
  • The relic "Death Mask" has been changed.
    • Before: Deals 1 damage to all enemies whenever a base card enters your hand.
    • After: Deals 2 damage to all enemies whenever a base card enters your hand.
  • The relic "Firecracker" has been changed.
    • Before: At the start of each turn, applies burn to 2 random enemies.
    • After: At the start of each turn, applies burn to 4 random enemies.
  • The relic "Lock" has been changed.
    • Before: Allows base cards to be reused. Increases the mana cost of base cards by 1.
    • After: Allows base cards to be reused.
  • The relic "Golden Sword" has been changed.
    • Before: Grants +1 attack and +1 health to allied units for every 200 gold owned.
    • After: Grants +1 attack and +1 health to allied units for every 150 gold owned.
    • Shop price: 400 → 300
  • The relic "Little Star" has been changed.
    • Before: Gains 1 mana every time 10 units are summoned.
    • After: Gains 1 mana every time 6 units are summoned.
  • The relic "Maneki-neko" has been changed.
    • Before: Gains 10 gold whenever a card is added to your deck.
    • After: Gains 20 gold whenever a card is added to your deck.
  • The relic "Emerald Shard" has been changed.
    • Before: Increases your commander's max health by 30 upon acquisition.
    • After: Increases your commander's max health by 60 upon acquisition.
  • The relic "Quartz Shard" has been changed.
    • Before: Increases your commander's max health by 15 upon acquisition.
    • After: Increases your commander's max health by 40 upon acquisition.




[h3]Bug Fixes[/h3]

  • Fixed an issue where the "Caltrop Attachment" card could not target all structures.
  • Fixed an issue where "Enemy Firestarter" was immune to burn.

End of Playtest Recruitment & Test Start Schedule Announcement

Hello commanders!

Thanks to your overwhelming interest, we have received a total of 3,017 playtest applications!


As previously announced, we are now closing the tester recruitment. We will proceed with the selection of testers and update the build accordingly.

The update will take place today, and as soon as it is complete, those selected as testers will gain access to the playtest.

First of all, I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to all the commanders who have supported and provided feedback during the demo! I’m excited to share some good news with you!
We are now conducting a closed and limited-time playtest for the full version of the game, including all the content currently in development!


The development of the full version has entered its final stages, and as always, we believe that your feedback is crucial for improving the build and making it of the highest quality. After much consideration (even with the potential risk of reduced sales), we have decided to proceed with this playtest.
If you're curious about the content that can’t be experienced in the demo, including Chapter 3 and the hidden ending, please join the playtest!

Hotfix Notice - Jan 31th (Fri)

Hello, Commanders!

After the last update, we found several bugs, both large and small, and have applied a hotfix.

We will resolve other issues promptly as well. Thank you.

  • Fixed the issue where the "Knight" relic was reacting to all units.
  • Fixed the issue where units that do not attack were immune to movement restrictions.
  • Fixed the issue where assigned free placements were not recognized as free placement summons.
  • Fixed the issue where the targeting distribution system for ranged units was not working.
  • Fixed the issue where terrain tooltips did not appear on some stages.
  • Fixed the issue where units placed freely on the wall after the castle gate was destroyed would stop moving.
  • Fixed the issue where air units would collide and bounce off each other excessively.
  • Fixed the issue where the "Shield Bearer" was performing a ranged attack.
  • The "Spiderweb Pendant" now also applies to structures.
  • Fixed the issue where card rewards were not appearing when reaching Dwarf level 6.
  • Fixed the issue where units would take a different route when the path was blocked by units on the side road during siege battles.

Happy New Year greetings to you all.
We have added a new event type and tutorial and made overall balancing adjustments.

[h2](Beta) New Event Type: Wacky Works Lab![/h2]

We are thrilled to add our own original content instead of drawing inspiration from other great games.



The "Bizarre Engineering Lab" event, which can be encountered at a low probability on the world map, offers an opportunity to modify your cards as you see fit. Unlike traditional card upgrades that provide fixed, positive changes, this event allows for changes that can be either good or bad, and players can directly choose how their cards evolve!



Upon entering the event, you can select one summon card from your deck as the target for modification. This decision is irreversible, so choose carefully.



Once the target is decided, you will first choose one of the options to enhance the card's performance. These options appear randomly.



Next, you will select one option to weaken the card's performance. These options also appear randomly, and some choices may even prove beneficial depending on the situation, so make your decision wisely.



We hope that card modifications inspire players to engage in creative and more enjoyable gameplay!

Since this event is still under development, the number of options available will be expanded in future updates.

We would greatly appreciate your feedback on this event and suggestions for new modification options that you think would be great to add!

  • We have shortened the length of each chapter.
    • Before the change: 15 nodes to pass from the starting point to the boss battle

[h2]Tutorial Added[/h2]

Ahead of the official launch, we have finalized the overall game system and added a tutorial to guide new players.

Players who have already cleared the game at least once will not see the tutorial.
