Demo Update

[p]Hello everyone![/p][p]After more than a year, the Tower Factory demo has just been updated so it reflects the current state of the game much more accurately.[/p][p]In this new update, the demo includes:[/p]
 • [p]The first level of the game and the first boss[/p]
 • [p]5 of the 7 Tier 1 towers and their basic upgrades[/p]
 • [p]Around 10 upgrades to unlock. [/p]
 • [p]Classis, Strategy and Expert modes[/p]
 • [p]Pause & Fast Forward[/p]
 • [p]Save & Exit[/p]
[p]Also, since the demo now has the same content as the base game (even if in a very limited way), the demo’s save data will be compatible with the full game, so you won’t have to start from scratch if you decide to buy it![/p][p][/p][p]I also want to remind you that the next version of the game (v0.5) will bring, among other things, a new game mode: Endless Mode! The main mechanics for this new mode are already implemented, but I still need to create some menus, new maps of different sizes for this mode, and, above all, lots of testing. I want to release this update in March, although I don’t have an exact date yet.[/p][p][/p][p]As always, I’ll be reading your feedback and suggestions both in the Tower Factory community forums here on Steam and in the official Discord server (you’re all invited to join!)[/p][p]That’s all for now,[/p][p]Gius Caminiti[/p]

Small update v0.4.3: Smoother Difficulty

[p]Hello everyone![/p][p]I’ve got a new surprise update for you! I wasn’t planning to release any more small updates before version 0.5, but I changed my mind.[/p][p][/p][p]In this update, I’ve reviewed the difficulty of levels 3, 4, 5, and 6. Overall difficulty is now a bit lower in levels 3 and 4, and even lower in levels 5 and 6 (don’t worry, it will probably still be a challenge, just more manageable!).[/p][p]Also, and more importantly, I’ve adjusted how difficulty ramps up. Difficulty should now increase a bit less during the early days, and ramp up more sharply during the last days of the run. This should give you a bit more time to prepare, and things will get tougher starting around the middle of the run.[/p][p]These are subtle changes, but I think many of you will notice them and appreciate them. As always, remember the game is in Early Access and I’m still looking for the perfect difficulty balance![/p][p][/p][p]Now let’s talk about update 0.5, Endless Mode! The next update will include a new game mode with no day limit, where you will have to survive for as long as you can. Each run will feature different enemies, and you’ll be able to tweak some parameters like map size, path length, etc. It’s aimed both at those of you who have already completed the full campaign, and at anyone who wants a more random challenge and to test their skills by trying to survive as long as possible.[/p][p]I’m also considering adding difficulty options to the game (easy, normal, hard), both for this new mode and for the campaign (the current mode). This way, players who are less used to this kind of game can learn on easy, with a less punishing experience, while those of you looking for a bigger challenge can play on hard.
This will also allow you to play, for example, Strategy Mode on hard difficulty. Expert Mode will ALWAYS be on hard difficulty (obviously!).[/p][p][/p][p]When will all this be ready? My goal is to have it ready by early March, although I can’t confirm it 100% yet. Either way, it will definitely be ready before April.[/p][p]In the meantime, I’ll be reading your feedback and suggestions both in the Tower Factory community forums here on Steam and in the official Discord server (you’re all invited to join!)[/p][p][/p][p]That’s all for now. I hope you really enjoy the new update,[/p][p]Gius Caminiti[/p][p][/p]
CHANGELOG
• [p]Rebalanced the enemy pool across all levels.[/p]
 • [p]Slightly lowered the difficulty (enemy count) of levels 3, 4, 5, and 6.[/p]
 • [p]Fixed a bug that, in some specific cases, prevented the Steam achievement for unlocking Tier 2 from being granted.[/p]

Minor changes

[p]Minor fixes:[/p]
 • [p]Fixed a bug that caused enemy health not to load correctly after loading a save in Expert mode.[/p]
 • [p]Added an autosave system that will only be used if the game closes unexpectedly, for example after a crash or a power outage.[/p]

Small update v0.4.2: Save & Exit and Save Profiles

[p]Hi everyone![/p][p]Tower Factory v0.4.2 is now live![/p][p]The highlight of this update is one of the most requested features so far: Save & Exit. You can now save your run mid-game, exit, and later resume it exactly where you left off.[/p][p]Alongside that, I’ve added Save Profiles. From the main menu, you can set up to 3 profiles, and each profile is a completely independent save with its own full progress. This lets you start fresh without having to delete your current run.
[/p][p]The next update will be v0.5, and it will add a completely new game mode: Infinite Mode.[/p][p]In the meantime, I’ll be reading your feedback and suggestions both in the Tower Factory community forums here on Steam and in the official Discord server (you’re all invited to join!)[/p][p][/p][p]That’s all for now. I hope you really enjoy the new update,[/p][p]Gius Caminiti[/p][p][/p]
CHANGELOG
• [p]Save & Exit: You can exit a run and save its progress so you can resume it later exactly where you left off.[/p]
 • [p]Save Profiles: You can set up to 3 Save Profiles from the main menu. Each profile is a completely independent run, separate from the others.[/p]
 • [p]Golden Coins refunded when you reset upgrades have been increased from 75% to 100%.[/p]
 • [p]Reduced the number of Gems that spawn on all maps.[/p]
 • [p]Fixed a bug that allowed ultra-fast click farming if the game was paused at a very specific point in the process.[/p]

Christmas Event & Winter Sale with 20% discount!

[p]Hello everyone![/p][p]Winter and Christmas are here, and in Tower Factory we’re going to celebrate double![/p][p]First, the game will be 20% off during the Steam Winter Sale. If you don’t have the game yet, or you want to gift it to a friend for Christmas, this is the perfect time![/p][p]Second, from today, December 18th, until January 5th, Christmas will be present in Tower Factory’s atmosphere! Chests will turn into presents, and trees will have Christmas lights and decorations (although if you’re the Grinch and hate Christmas, you can disable all of this in the options menu). [/p][p][/p][p]Regarding Tower Factory’s development, my intention is to release a new update before the end of the year where I will add a save profile system and the option to “Save & Exit” during runs, so you won’t have to leave your computer on if you have a run in progress and need to leave home![/p][p]I’m very happy with the progress and with the reception each Tower Factory update has been getting. During this first year, the game has evolved a lot compared to launch: 24 tower upgrades, bosses, unlockable mechanics, 2 new stages, new towers and upgrades, game modes… a lot of things! But there’s still plenty of work to do throughout 2026 until we release the 1.0 version that we’re ALL waiting for.[/p][p]Remember you can check the game’s roadmap here:
[/p][p][dynamiclink][/dynamiclink][/p][p]Finally, once again, I want to remind you that Tower Factory’s development is going much better thanks to your feedback. As always, I encourage you to join the official Discord channel, where both I and other players talk about the game daily.[/p][p]Thank you very much to everyone who has been here during this first year of Tower Factory, and Merry Christmas![/p][p]Gius Caminiti[/p]
