Updates:

  • Hands skin color to match face skin color for females
  • Added stockpile confirmation box when closing, warning players the weapons inside contribute to war score and will be consumed
  • Combat, stun beam issue - fixed issue where companion attacked right after using stun beam
  • Fixed bug with Lil Pecker pistol and free second attack (and causing combat to freeze if under 3 AP)
  • Can no longer issue off one last valiant attack while in the middle of dying from a damage over time effect
  • Fixed bug with camera lagging outside of combat after having it follow controllable NPCs
  • Fixed Lethal Programming bonus not applying to unarmed builds
  • Fixed bug where ship could launch into space before speaking with Custy on the launch pad

Please note that the demo features the same content as the Prologue, so there's no difference there.

Sector Unknown Updates (June 8 - June 11)



Version 1.2.7

Some updates that just went live (thank you again to the Prologue community):

  • Combat: Reduced spacing for unarmed/melee (could sometimes hit a target from two squares away)
  • Combat: Fixed a bug where combat sometimes gets stuck when pressing the spacebar to end your turn and at the same time as clicking to attack
  • Combat: Fixed a bug where player can sometimes walk in a cell occupied by a Gunt if you click slightly outside its hitbox
  • Combat: Fixed small bug/exploit with clicking just slightly beyond current grid square to gain a move for free
  • Combat: Can no longer evade attack if attacker is lucky in initiating a hit
  • Accessories now use the finance adjustment for prices
  • Fixed bug with loot window closing and sometimes not opening again when looting a corpse
  • Fixed bug with opening map while loot button is open
  • Fixed bug where injectors that were grayed out (cannot use) would become usable after using another consumable
  • Fixed bug with accessories sometimes showing wrong stat when rolling over if accessory already equippped
  • Fixed bug with narcotic showing wrong stat when rolling over if accessory already equippped
  • Fixed bug with Lil Pecker pistol allowing a second shot despite not having enough Action Points

  • Fixed bug in journal where elements could accidentally be dragged and moved

Sector Unknown Updates (June 4 - June 7)



Version 1.2.4

Some updates that just went live (thank you again to the Prologue community):

  • Can now convince other prisoners on the opening transport to escape - they will be found after the Prologue on the planet
  • Custy can no longer be recruited until after talking to him on launch pad (this is so he can project the message from General Alonzo at the base)
  • Baseline Action points set from 3 to 4 - will see how that goes
  • Combat ability box above actions expands now depending on the amount of text in the box
  • Combat: Health bar shows minimal damage when hovering over target
  • Now only 50% of resources returned from deconstructed item
  • Crafting now uses highest skill in organization for crafting results
  • Knee-cap now afflicts target on the same turn
  • Adjusted some of the prison transport skill rolls to five
  • Scapyard Sal mentioned differently in salvage door if he's dead
  • Fixed another bug with the dice roll on start screen (sometimes rolling twice)
  • Fixed Chalk dialogue start
  • When corpse is looted, change to ignore raycast - this is to prevent them from blocking something underneath
  • Fixed bug with extra pip showing on character screen for attributes
  • Adjusted weapon critical damage to +1% every 5 levels
  • Added Unarmed as a combat skill that can be leveled
  • Fixed bug with skillpoints being spent at 5 when skill needed less than 5 to increase
  • Fixed bug with side panel showing only player character information
  • Fixed research bug where Weapons Experimentation Three was not showing
  • Adjusted price bonuses to make sure vendors are never selling something for less than what they are buying it for
  • Cannot use action during combat if already attacking or moving
  • Fixed bug with Steam Achievements not working when going back to menu and loading/starting another game
  • Fixed several combat grids with no movement areas
  • Fixed bug with several characters on combat grid moving into same grid square
  • Fixed bug with Chalk not being recruited after auto save on prison transport
  • Fixed bug where taking Chalk's shiv and then reloading would have him possessing the shiv again

  • Increase aggro range of Gunts so that player doesn't have to run so close to activate combat
  • Fixed bug where damage % bonuses were being derived from just the weapon damage rather than the character's weapon damage + weapon damage bonuses

Sector Unknown Updates (June 1 - June 3)



Some updates that just went live (thank you again to the Prologue community):

  • Chalk can now be recruited as a companion on the prison transport.
  • After claiming the facility, Chalk can help you become a cannibal. This will unlock the cannibalism system where you will find meat on dead bodies when you loot them. Eating this will restore some of your health outside of combat. Only you and Chalk can eat human meat if you unlock the feature.
  • Added action point cost of attack to target rollover during combat
  • Rally Call now adds action points during combat instead of initiative
  • Fixed bug on new character screen where skills were not always being randomly filled when using the dice button.
  • Fixed bug where biology bonus was not showing properly for the healing amount for injectors.
  • Fixed bug where it was tough to click and talk to Scrapyard Sal from certain camera angles.
  • Fixed bug with Blade Dance or Quick Trigger killing a target on the first hit
  • Fixed bug where helmet was not adding to enemy NPC health
  • Possibly fixed a bug where the helmet visor material occasionally goes missing and becomes pink in the portrait box
  • Cheat console requires command to unlock cheats
  • New scrollbar handle to make scroll areas a bit more visible
  • Fixed bug where camera would not reposition back on player after focusing on companion during combat
  • Fixed bug where combat actions would not clear after combat concluded
  • Side party portraits tooltips now update when gaining experience
  • Fixed Cheetah showing up in pirate base after recruiting her
  • Added confirm box for planetary upgrades
  • Fixed a bug where Achievements were not working if going to menu and starting game a second time
  • Added quick and auto save slot amounts to options
  • Attribute tooltips added to text as well as icons
  • Fixed bug with mini-map icons not showing (can now also see where terminals are in base)
  • Fixed bug where Skulks were sometimes calling up combat twice (due to their aggro flag being on while also having their combat initiated from dialogue)
  • Ship now rotates and faces planet before scanning and mining
