DEMO PATCH #35 - NEW GAMELOOP AND COMBAT!

[h2]Hey Everyone [/h2]
[h3]So the improved combat is finally here! [/h3]

[h3]NEW[/h3]
🔹 You no longer get attacked every night,
🔹 Barracks are changed and can now be built earlier.
🔹 you can now add and remove characters from the menu when you click on a building.
🔹 Building destruction - buildings now have health and can be destroyed if damaged. Enemies will
target them if there's no villagers nearby
🔹 FAIL STATE. this means that if the altar is destroyed you'll fail and have to restart the game.
🔹 Some more are for level two buildings
🔹 Audio for leveling and collecting faith.
🔹 ENEMY CAMPS: are spread out in the world, and nether you or the villagers can grab resources near
them, if attacked they will attack back.
🔹 Goblin archers, finally some ranged enemies.
🔹 Goblins wont attack you at night, instead they will send out messengers at any time and request
resources, if you don't give them this they will attack.
🔹 NEW BUILDING: Banner - You can assign any villager to the banner, you can toggle the states of the
banner to set the behavior of the ones assigned to it. You can move the banner and the ones
assigned will move to it based on the state. right now there's 2 states,
Passive - will do their normal tasks until the banner mode is changed.
Aggressive - will stay with the banner and attack anything nearby.
(we're going to add another state that is Defensive where they stay with the banner but only
attacks if provoked)

[h3]TWEAKS[/h3]
🔹 Tweaked Leveling speed so it now slower
🔹 Changed a bunch of the costs of buildings and spawn times of items.
🔹 Archers and soldiers are stronger if you upgrade the building.
🔹 Improved the spawning of the environment to guarantee a survivable start.
🔹 Made the in-game questions at the start of the game save your answer so it doesn't show every time.

🔹 Archers positioning at the walls are now within range.
🔹 Characters stopped working

BUILD #34 - Preformance HOTFIX

So we noticed some reports of crashes and performance issues and tried to address those to make it more stable

[h2]TWEAKED:[/h2]
🔹 Decreased Upgrade cost for lumbercamp to 2 logs instead of 2 planks.
🔹 Some art tweaks and optimizations

[h2]FIXED:[/h2]
🔹 Performance issues causing the game to crash
🔹 Villagers running away and starving.

DEMO PATCH #33 - Carry animation and new building

Here comes the new update, We don't have a lot of fixes for existing bugs as we're focusing more on the combat right now, but there will be more fixes next week.

CHANGES:

🔹 NEW BUILDING: Mine, we renamed the old mine to the quarry (Mine is now an infinite stone resource)
🔹New art for lvl 2 House
🔹New art for Walls lvl 1 & 2

🔹Bread not being worth 5 food.

DEMO PATCH #32 - COMPOSTER & AUDIO!

So build 32 is now here and While our programmer or working on the combat we have focused on improving some Visuals for buildings and adding audio!



[h2]NEW[/h2]
🔹 All new audio for most things in the game.
🔹 New enemy Hobgoblin
🔹 More Visual enemy variations.
🔹 New building: Composter, will generate fertilizer automatically.
🔹 A ton of new sounds effects for everything,
🔹 Night music and ambiance.
🔹 New art for storage and Bakery (Previously inn)

[h2]FIXES[/h2]
🔹 A bug that could occur when villagers would add objects to the inventory and they would spam constantly.
🔹 A save bug related to deers.
🔹 Rocks could be invisible

DEMO PATCH #31 - THROWING & PRODUCTION TIMES

THROWING & PRODUCTION TIMES

Hey, everyone !

So build 31 is now here and we finally have a stable throwing system plus some more.

[h2]NEW[/h2]
🔹 Revive animation for the characters
🔹 Characters and Goblins can now be thrown properly and has fitting animations.
🔹 New art for smith, stonemason and windmill
🔹 Production times: Buildings no longer instantly produce resources, and need a worker to make them where it takes time.

[h2]TWEAKS[/h2]
🔹Increased bread food amount to 5
