[p]Synergies[/p]
  • [p]Players can now shoot, throw grenades, and throw barrels through the Dome Shield synergy.[/p]
  • [p]Dome Shield Synergy will now work if your shield goes to 0 from Darkseer, or any other ability that brings your shield down to 0 without actually damaging you. It will not activate if you have Temp Shield still up[/p]
[p]Fixes[/p]
  • [p]Fixed an issue where the Epic Beginnings reward item was not applying on some missions.[/p]
  • [p]Fixed an issue where the timer on Sector 20 of Killing Time did not show the timer. [/p]
  • [p]Fixed an issue where dashing while holding forward would stump the player’s height. [/p]
  • [p]Fixed an issue where the Meteor Shard item would not activate its effect if Flux was applied to the enemy.[/p]
  • [p]Fixed an issue where Plasma Bloom perk incorrectly applied Flux indefinitely if an enemy died from it.[/p]
  • [p]Fixed an issue where Smart Rockets can incur the Handyman synergy cost if your grenade is on cooldown.[/p]
  • [p]Fixed an issue where the Switchblade bot would sometimes teleport instead of dash.[/p]
  • [p]Fixed an issue where the Boomerang super item was not applying its effect to the Nova Burst. [/p]
  • [p]Fixed an issue the in world character nameplate and health bar would be visible in 1st person while spectating a player.[/p]
  • [p]Fixed an issue where the upgrade reminder prompt was not showing. This prompt can be disabled in the Settings menu. [/p]
  • [p]Fixed inconsistencies with the name of the Deadeye bot. [/p]
  • [p]Fixed an issue where deadzone for the right thumbstick would not properly clamp after surpassing 50. [/p]
  • [p]Fixed an issue where aim acceleration was never being applied. [/p]

Hey, Deadzone: Rogue just launched on PlayStation 5 and Xbox X|S! The Deadzone: Rogue game, Operative Pack, and Deluxe edition are all available at launch.

Crossplay is Available


We know gaming with friends is a huge part of Deadzone and the co-op experience, so ensuring crossplay works well has been a major focus for the studio.

Full crossplay between PC, PlayStation, and Xbox is available at launch, and we will monitor performance closely. We do not expect to have cross-progression available.

- Fixed an issue where the timer in Killing Time would sometimes not show for joining clients.
- Fixed an issue in Killing Time where the timer would reset if a player unstealthed after the encounter already started.
- Fixed an issue where the Mind Thrall would still spawn their ghost if killed by a melee proc.
- Fixed an issue where Companion Bots would not stealth when the player was put into stealth by Ghost Blade.
- Fixed an issue where the synergy activation announcement and synergy list view would display incorrect percentage values for the synergy descriptions.
- Fixed an issue where sometimes multiple items would be highlighted on the related synergies tooltip.
- Fixed an issue where the mission details tooltip would sometimes be offscreen.
- Fixed an animation and SFX desync that would occur with HUD announcements.
- Fixed an issue where the outro animation time after picking a super item was slightly longer than intended.

Console 1.0 Launch on September 3 for PlayStation and Xbox!

PlayStation and Xbox Launch September 3!


Deadzone: Rogue is launching on PlayStation 5 and Xbox X|S on September 3 at 1pm ET! The Deadzone: Rogue game, Operative Pack, and Deluxe edition will all be available at launch.

Feedback on Xbox and PlayStation demos has been positive, and performance has been strong. So we feel ready to step things up for players.

Crossplay Available at Console Launch

Console Demo is Up Until September 2


Console demos for PlayStation and Xbox will stay up until September 2 at 1pm ET. They will go down afterwards, so we can focus on supporting the full 1.0 product for PC and console during launch.
