MEET the UH-1 "Warhorse"!

[p]Hello, brothers![/p][p]Today, we return to the era of the legendary Vietnam War! What I'm featuring today is a widely used and now epic aircraft: the UH-1 "Warhorse"![/p][p][/p][p]This flexible and reliable helicopter was widely used in the Vietnam War and beyond.[/p][p]Its primary purpose was to transport personnel and material by air, thus avoiding the impenetrable terrain of the Vietnamese jungle.[/p][p]Although it was certainly not the most armored and powerful helicopter in the world, the UH-1 did its job admirably. Its versatility allowed it to provide, in some instances, close air support to ground troops using rockets and machine guns.[/p][p][/p][p]Personally, I've always liked this aircraft, but I think I began to love it after seeing the legendary "We Were Soldiers," so much so that that film inspires the name Warhorse.[/p][p][/p][p]In the game, this helicopter is obviously a means of air transport, with the addition of a couple of rocket pods to break up the monotony of the player piloting it and allow them to clear the landing zone before disembarking their men.[/p][p][/p][p]I'd like to make the role of transport vehicles more critical than in other shooters, so I look forward to your always helpful suggestions.[/p][p]One solution could be for the human player, piloting an aircraft or vehicle, to have the ability, with the press of a button, to board all nearby bots and disembark them (even in the air) with the press of another button.[/p][p]This way, the transport pilot can literally move troops wherever they want on the battlefield.[/p][p]What do you think?[/p][p][/p]
THE ONLY GOOD BUG IS A DEAD BUG!
[p][/p][p][/p][p][/p][p][/p][p][/p][p][/p][p][/p][p][/p][p][/p][p][/p]

MEET the M2 "Vanguard"!

[p][/p][p]Hello, soldiers![/p][p][/p][p]Today, I bring you a vehicle that will surely please many, including myself; I present to you the M2 "Vanguard"![/p][p][/p][p]You can easily notice that the model on which this vehicle is based is the famous american Bradley.[/p][p]I still don't have a clear idea of how to fully develop this vehicle, so feel free to share your suggestions![/p][p][/p][p]Let's start by saying that it is an armored personnel carrier and support vehicle. Here, we immediately start with doubts, because I don't know whether to allow it to transport troops or focus its use on fire support.[/p][p]Its main weapon is an automatic cannon; I'm unsure whether to use a 20 mm, 25 mm, or 30 mm cannon. The reason for this hesitation is that if I use a 20 mm cannon, I could then use another vehicle, perhaps of Russian or Chinese origin, with a 30 mm caliber, but it's less mobile.[/p][p]It will certainly have a coaxial weapon, namely a 7.62 mm machine gun and a dual launcher for anti-tank missiles, probably wire-guided.[/p][p][/p][p]I'm not sure whether to add a second crew member equipped with a turret with a 7.62 mm machine gun or to leave the driver the only one armed.[/p][p][/p][p]As you can imagine, there's plenty of room for your suggestions here![/p][p][/p][p]Would you also like a vehicle I invented, similar to the Vaguard? If so, how would you imagine it? What weapons would you like to see on it?[/p][p][/p]
THE ONLY GOOD BUG IS A DEAD BUG!
[p][/p][p][/p][p][/p][p][/p][p][/p][p][/p]

MEET the bomber B-24 "Enslaver"!

[p]Hello, soldiers![/p][p]Today, I introduce you to a true giant of the skies, the B-24 "Enslaver" bomber![/p][p][/p][p]The Enslaver is a model based on the B-24 "Liberator," an American heavy bomber from World War II.[/p][p]The distinguishing feature of these aircraft, compared to today's planes, was their light armament to defend against enemy fighters in dogfights.[/p][p]Today's bombers are very different; smaller, faster aircraft are preferred, perfect for fleeting incursions into enemy territory.[/p][p]The way enemy territory is struck has also changed: now, the tendency is to carry out surgical strikes on strategic buildings, whereas before, no subtleties were spared; an entire squadron of bombers would be deployed to carry out a carpet bombing raid to raze the entire area.[/p][p][/p][p]The Enslaver will also be a heavy bomber, but not a very heavy one, capable of carrying large bombs of various weights, but probably all high-yield, meaning without chemical payloads.[/p][p]For defense, it will have five positions equipped with 12.7 mm machine guns.[/p][p]I'd like to be able to include all six crew members, so each machine gun can fire independently, but if that proves too much for gameplay, I'd opt for four crew members, so two crew members would each have two different positions.[/p][p][/p][p]With such a loadout, the B-24 Enslaver can conduct raids into enemy territory without escort and without asking please.[/p][p][/p][p]There will be other bombers in the game, some more modern and some even heavier.[/p][p][/p][p]What types of bombs would you like?[/p][p][/p]
THE ONLY GOOD BUG IS A DEAD BUG!
[p][/p][p][/p][p][/p][p][/p][p][/p][p][/p][p][/p][p][/p][p][/p][p][/p]

MEET the "Cybister japonicus"!

[p]Hello, my brothers![/p][p]For today's MEET, we return to the world of insects and introduce you to the robust "Cybister japonicus"![/p][p][/p][p]The Cybister japonicus is an aquatic beetle, primarily found in Japan, but also in parts of East Asia.[/p][p]Like almost all aquatic insects, it lives in ponds and rivers, far from the salty waters of the sea.[/p][p][/p][p]Its behavior is extremely voracious, as it can consume an amount of food almost equal to its own body weight per day![/p][p]Its strong mandibles allow it to easily penetrate the exoskeleton of its prey, injecting enzymes that begin "digesting" the victim's internal organs while it's still alive... we're very lucky not to be insects![/p][p][/p][p]In the game, the Cybister japonicus has robust armor, but also remarkable speed.[/p][p]Of course, it can only move in water, where it will be a very dangerous enemy.[/p][p]Its attacks will primarily revolve around its strong jaws, but it will likely also have a defensive ability (which it actually uses) that will allow it to secrete an irritant to deter predators.[/p][p][/p][p]Do you have any questions about this insect or the Insect faction?[/p][p][/p]
THE ONLY GOOD BUG IS A DEAD BUG!
[p][/p][p][/p][p][/p][p][/p][p][/p][p][/p]

MEET the F-22 "Nemesis"!

[p]Hello, my friends![/p][p]Today, I'm introducing you to an air of modernity, an aircraft as mysterious as it is iconic of its generation: the F-22 "Nemesis"![/p][p][/p][p]As you all know, the F-22 is a fifth-generation stealth fighter.[/p][p]Its features make it unmistakable in the aeronautical world.[/p][p][/p][p]In "Home Wars: Battlefield," the F-22 will obviously be a stealth fighter, likely the last "realistic" unlock in the fighter branch.[/p][p]It will be armed with a couple of types of AA missiles and a 20mm cannon.[/p][p][/p][p]Now let's move on to the thing I think everyone's curious about: the stealth feature.[/p][p]This game will feature stealth planes, stealth helicopters, and stealth ships (perhaps even vehicles and submarines?!?)[/p][p]For now, I'm torn between two gameplay mechanics:[/p][p]1) Stealth units can never be locked on by missiles.[/p][p]2) Stealth units can be locked on by missiles, but it takes about three times longer to lock on.[/p][p][/p][p]Which one do you prefer?[/p][p][/p][p]It'll be fun to watch a 5th-generation aircraft battle against maybe a Spitfire![/p][p][/p][p]I wonder what other stealth aircraft will be![/p][p]I already know, which ones do you think?[/p][p][/p][p]THE ONLY GOOD BUG IS A DEAD BUG![/p][p][/p][p][/p][p][/p][p][/p][p][/p][p][/p]
