Patch 1.1.2. - Watch your friends fail.

Today we are bringing all the alien-slayers a new location to proof they are being badass, a new achievement, a death camera and bug fixes!

Death Camera

In the past you couldn’t see what your friends were doing when you are were dead. We have implemented the feature that you are able to watch your friends get snacked by those annoying little aliens! Being dead just turned into something fun!

Block Scrapyard

Explore an entire new map, Block Scrapyard. Search between the wreckages for care packages while dodging the invaders and setting a new highscore on the map. By completing the map, on any difficulty, you will also unlock a Steam achievement!

Bug fixes
- Fixed an issue with multiplayer scores. The scores weren’t displayed properly;
- Fixed an issue where sometimes the server names were not correct;
- Fixed a camera issue;
- Fixed minor collision bugs.

Patch 1.1.1 - Hotfixes!

With the release of patch 1.1 we brought you all a new map and drop-in multiplayer. Without a doubt this patch was a success resulting in more servers that users could join and play on another new level, but some users were experiencing problems. Most of these issues have been addressed and fixed in this hotfix (1.1.1.).

Hotfix notes 1.1.1
Block Suburbs
- Players were unable to complete Block Suburbs because of the amount that aliens that kept on spawning during the last few waves of the game. This has been fixed and players can now complete this map.

Drop-In Multiplayer
- Fixed endless loop for the password protected games;
- Fixed server list issue that would make the game try to connect to a different game from what you selected;
- Added instant server list refreshing with the filter options;
- Fixed a problem with joining private games in progress.

Achievement
- Fixed a bug with the shotgun maniac achievement; it somehow managed to get awarded to everyone, all the time.

Trading Cards have been approved!

We received word from Valve a few hours ago that our submitted Trading Cards, backgrounds, badges and smileys have been approved. We have added:

Trading Cards
There are six cards in total to collect, all displaying one of the six weapons that have been upgraded to the maximum level.

Backgrounds
We have added 5 different backgrounds for players to unlock. You can collect 1 rare background, 1 uncommon background and 3 common backgrounds.

Smileys
You are able to attain a total of 9 smileys, the rarity is: 7 common smileys, 1 uncommon smiley and 1 rare smiley.

Badges
And of course you are able to unlock different badges displaying your awesomeness! The badges are made out of medals so everyone will know that you are a badass!
