Slingbot Survivors Version 1.0 is Live!

[h2]After 6 months in Early Access, Slingbot Survivors is officially launching version 1.0! 🎉[/h2][p][/p][p]During Early Access, we released 5 major updates, adding new systems, content, weapons, enemies, and a massive boss fight, while also polishing the game’s visuals, and improving the gameplay experience according to the feedbacks from our amazing community ❤️.[/p][p]While we would have loved to continue expanding Slingbot with new biomes, weapons, characters, and all kinds of amazing features, the game unfortunately didn’t reach the level of success needed to keep development going. It’s bittersweet to say goodbye, but we’re incredibly proud of what we’ve built and deeply grateful for everyone who supported us along the way.[/p][p]We’ve already started thinking about our next project, and we hope you’ll join us for the journey ahead💚[/p][p][/p][p]Thank you for playing, for your feedback, and for being part of this adventure. Achievements and cloud save are live

[p]With the addition of Steam Achievements, you can now track your progress throughout the game and show off your accomplishments to your friends. After defeating the worm, you can choose to stay in the level and face an endless horde of enemies. Even if you fall in the fight, your victory still counts.[/p][h2]9 New Characters[/h2][p]That’s right — we’ve added nine new characters for you to unlock, experiment with, and build crazy runs around.[/p][h3]5 New Enemy Skins[/h3][p]Enemy variety just got a big glow-up with five brand-new enemy skins.[/p][h3]Spores on Terrain[/h3][p]Spores can now grow directly on terrain. You can destroy them for a bit of extra EXP, so keep an eye out for them while exploring![/p][h3]Weapon Upgrades – Projectile Velocity[/h3][p]Your weapons can now upgrade their projectile velocity.   • [p]Capped the maximum fire rate of all weapons to 8 shots per second, except for the laser pistol which is capped at 16. (This ensures breaking the game won’t also break your computer.)[/p]
