End of Playtest

[p]Thank you for playtesting Illusive Domain. [/p][p][/p][p]As previously planned, the playtest will be taken down today to focus on fixing up feedback and bugs. [/p][p]The playtest will stay up for a while longer, but there will not be any further updates during this period. [/p][p]If you haven't managed to play it, I plan to deactivate the playtest around 6PM (GMT+8). [/p][p]If you have played it, please fill out the survey form. [/p][p]There will be more playtests in the near future, so wishlist and follow to be notified of future playtests. [p]As part of Debut Festival, we're proud to announce that Illusive Domain will have an open playtest from Aug 15-17. Some of you might have already noticed the button open up on the page, but this is the official announcement for the schedule. [/p][h3]Schedule[/h3][p]Start Time: August 15, 2025, 1200 (GMT+8)[/p][p]End Time: August 17, 2025, 2359 (GMT+8)[/p][p]Other playtests may be held in future.[/p][p][/p][h3]How to Join[/h3][p]Click "Request Access" on the Store page.[dynamiclink][/dynamiclink]I've also enabled the playtest invites for this, so go pester your friends share it with your friends! (Well, it'll remain open during the playtest period regardless).[/p][p]If you haven't wishlisted it yet, the button is also right there on the page above the Request Access button. [/p][p][/p][h3]Playtest Scope [/h3]
  • [p]Purely focused on combat and balancing.[/p]
  • [p]3 bosses (including the tutorial)[/p]
  • [p]No story content is presented, although some WIP cutscenes are present. [/p]
  • [p]Estimated playtime: ~30min if you first-try everything. [/p]
  • [p]Save data will not carry over to the full game. [/p]
[p]There is no NDA or whatever, feel free to record and share your gameplay. If you do, please send it to Discord as well so I can see it. [/p][p][/p][h3]Feedback[/h3][p]We're mainly looking for feedback on:[/p]
  • [p]Balancing - is it too hard, too easy, any specific moves which are problematic?[/p]
  • [p]Tutorial effectiveness - How effective was it at teaching you how to play the game?[/p]
  • [p]Bugs and performance issues[/p]
