Small hotfix for Spawning under Foundations

[p]Just a small hotfix for reports of Players Spawning under Foundations

Buildings were loading with a 1 second delay while player had already loaded

This was causing players to fall through buildings and spawn underneath[/p]

15th February Patch 0.0.0.8

[h3]Due to the changes with Vehicle Storage and Planters, a Server Wipe is needed

You may also need to reset local saves incase of any issues with the game crashing

Player Buildings[/p][p]When destroying a placed Building using the Hammer, the crafting resources are now returned to the Player Inventory[/p][p]DISCLAIMER [/p][p]1 - You need Inventory space to return all items. If there is not enough space in Inventory you will only recieve partial items returned[/p][p]Items do not drop to the ground currently, and this is still work in progress and NOT perfect.[/p][p]2- If you destroy a Storage Chest, only the crafting items for the Chest will be returned. Game Rollback

[p]Unfortunately today's patch has run into a number of issues for which there's no quick fix

So i have no alternative other than rollback the changes made from today's patch completely and revert to the game files from yesterday.
