Weekly Update 0.33 Fertilizer and full toliets



Lots of cleanup and quality of life things this update. Main new feature is the addition of fertilizer. Toilets and outhouses will now 'fill up' and can be 'emptied' to produce fertilizer! fertilizer will help in farming!

  • Changed Alert Texture on left to prevent overflow and give more screen space
  • Changed Zims will do more damage more quickly to objects
  • Changed Bruisers will do a LOT more damage to structures
  • Changed Potatoes now require Fertilizer and grow a lot faster
  • Fixed Toilets to actually be used instead of just outhouses working
  • Fixed Bears wolves rabbits and chickens have lost the ability to open doors
  • Fixed Zims can no longer open doors

Weekly Update 0.32 Scheduling Happiness.



Main highlight of this update is the scheduler. You can now give your survivors some downtime so they are not unhappy all of the time! With this update you can only set a schedule for the whole colony. However in the near future you will be able change the schedules of each survivor independently. Lots of other minor tweaks to make happiness not be such a killer in the early game and general bug fixes made it in as well!

  • Changed People will be less unhappy when being hurt (unless your a masochist you get more happiness from it now)
  • Fixed 5x speed icon being wrong
  • Fixed Crafting stat not tracking properly
  • Fixed Regular handyman Achievement not triggering or tracking properly
  • Fixed Wires not saving with save games
  • Fixed Power objects not saving if they were on or not after a save
  • Fixed Hitting backspace when typing a save game name will no longer exit the save menu.

Weekly update 0.31. Woozers And Bruizers.




Lots of small tweaks and fixes made it in from feedback on the forums this week! Keep it coming.
The big feature this week is that there are now two new types of Zims. Woozers and Bruizers. Woozers are small and fast. Bruizers are large, have more health and are slower.

Weekly Update 0.30 Radio Beacons!



Smaller update than usual this week. A BIG thing is in the works that wasn't ready for this weeks update yet (it might be next week ːsteamhappyː) However we have some fixes and Radio Beacons! Radio Beacons will consume power and increase the chance of new survivors arriving to your settlement.

Added Radio Beacons
Changed: Esc and Backspace will close any open menus.
Changed: Clicking/highlighting survivors will no longer focus them if you are placing a zone or building
Fixed: Tooltips being wonky when changing resolutions.
Fixed: Tutorial Prompts being off when changing resolutions and not restarting.
Fixed: fixed a small lag issue with Survivor pathing.

Weekly Update 0.29. Beer and happiness.



Lots of stuff in this update. The largest change is with the addition of survivor happiness. Each survivor has different likes and dislikes. If they are too unhappy they will refuse to work until they get back to an acceptable happiness.
Beer, barley and a brewer were also added to help keep everyone happy.

With the new happiness system there are now double the amount of traits (15 in .28 and now 29 in .29)
