Hello Souls!


First of all, we wanted to thank you for all the nice words on the last news post, we greatly appreciate!
This month we focused on crafting more content to populate the game world. Here are a few examples to share some of our progress.

More enemies!


Meet the kobold and the bat, they are waiting for you in the mines! Each Kobold has a different pattern: the Miner, the Spitter and (obviously), the Boomer!



More maps!


Here is a sneak peek at the first two chapters of the game, showcasing the Giant Hills and the Kobold Mines.



More dialogs!


Like shown in the first image, we are trying to make the world more alive by adding some NPC factions on which you'll stumble across your journey. The Order is one of those.

Development news!

Hey Souls!


Hope you are all doing great! We have been very busy making the game shine those last months and would like to share with you some of our progress :) 

Interface


We worked a lot on UI and user experience to make it more cartoon-ish, more consistent, more clear, and extra juicy!



Map & Story


We revamped the story to provide clear goals for the player. We also completely redesigned the map so it now matches the story and provide a clear paths to progress towards, as well as optional paths to explore as you will. 

(Skulls will help you quickly evaluate the difficulty of each stages.)

Fishing & Taming


Taming and fishing are in, assuming you've bought a fishing rod and a flute that is. We tried to make those new systems simple yet cute and enjoyable, we're eager to see how you feel about them :)

(Before taming, you'll have to get the proper music sheet!)

Training


We made sure each unique training features you unlocked via rank up is properly represented throughout the mini game course, which makes for a more balanced and dynamic experience (hopefully!). We also added an exciting new features we hope you'll love: training Melee parry!
