New Features:
Increased total talents from 60 to 132.

Balancing:
Halved Enemy Leveling Speed.
Increased Enemy Tech Rate for Romantic
from 250 to 500.
Increased Enemy Tech Rate for Normal
from 500 to 1000.
Increased Enemy Tech Rate for Hard
from 1500 to 2500.
Increased Enemy Tech Rate for Nightmare
from 4000 to 5000.
Increased Enemy Tech Rate for Infinite
Nightmare from 10000 to 12000.
Stagger now Triples Chance to be Knocked
Down. (was double)
Knocked Down now grants Immunity to Stagger.
Knocked Down now lowers Accuracy and Evasion
by 50%. (was 25%)
Enemy Accuracy increased by 5%.
Small Enemy Accuracy increased by 5%.
Colossal Enemy Accuracy reduced by 5%.
Knocked Down now lowers magic by 10%.
Knocked Down now lowers spirit by 25%.

Misc:
All previous saves gain 1 talent point.
Removed Truce. (previous saves with this
talent will maintain its benefits)
Moved around multiple talents.

Last level now grants a hidden 25% exp boost.

Balancing:
Leg Shot increased from 25% to 50%.
Leg Shot stagger chance increased from 130%
to 250%.
Arm Shot increased from 15% to 25%.
Heart Shot DoT increased from 75% to 200%.
Heart Shot healing penalty increased from 50%
to 75%.
Poison Arrow DoT increased from 50% to 75%.
Poison Arrow infliction chance increased
from 400% to 800%.
Crippling Arrow redesigned to Toxic Arrow.
(toxic arrow causes 150% magic DoT with a
1600% infliction chance)
Crippling Volley redesigned to Toxic Volley.
Mark infliction chance increased from 2000%
to 10000%.
Poison Strike DoT increased from 75% to 100%.
Cripling Strikes changed from -20% attack,
dexterity and defense, to -25% attack and
dexterity.
Crippling Strike status effect now secretly
quadruples chance to be staggered. (was double)
Crippling Strike status effect now secretly
doubles chance to be knocked down.
Increase Plague Strike DoT from 300% to 400%.
Doubled infliction chance for all unique dagger
status effects.
Increased Disarm from 20% to 25%.
Greatsword's Raised Weapon increased from 50%
to 100%.
Greatsword's Raised Weapon now triples the
chance for user to be staggered or knocked down.
Enrage increased from 25% to 30%.
Enrage now gives 10% damage reduction.
Blood Lust increased from 50% to 60%.
Blood Lust's healing penalty increased from 25%
to 75%.
Both Blood Lust and Enrage now secretly raise
spirit by 10%.
Both Blood Lust and Enrage now secretly double
psychic damage taken.
Ritual now secretly halves dark damage taken.
Increased Ritual's darkness environmental effect
from 1 to 6.
Increased Mass Ritual's darkness environmental
effect from 2 to 25.
Sentence now doubles holy damage taken.
Sentence now secretly lowers spirit by 10%.
Increased infliction chance to Sentence from
2000% to 5000%.
Increased flinch, knockdown, and stagger chance
for all mace skills by 1-2 tiers.
Improved various spell debuffs by 1 tier. (soul
burn, soul frost, etc)

Balancing:
Reduced the weight of current health on
status resistance formula by 75%. (end game
enemies, especially end game bosses, were
still resisting too many effects due to their
extremely high health)
Enemies on Romantic difficulty now have 25%
reduced stats.
Slightly reduced stats of early game enemies.
Reduced attack stat for all enemies by 5%.
Enemies deal 10% more damage with charged
side swings and overhead swings.
Enemies take 10% more damage while charging
a side swing or overhead swing.
Enemies are now 6 times more likely to be
staggered or knocked down while charging
a side swing. (was 3 times)
Enemies are now 3 times more likely to be
staggered or knocked down while charging
an overhead swing. (was 2 times)
Increased Matter Erasure from 6% to 7%.
Increased Bosonic Erasure from 8% to 10%.
Increased Cut Strings from 12% to 15%.
Increased Bosonic infliction chance from
600% to 900%.
Increased Cut Strings infliction chance
from 1000% to 2000%.

Misc:
Removed damage variance from the game. (the
game has plenty of unseen effects to no longer
require this) (this may also improve stability
for certain players)

Balancing:
Reduced all cooldowns by 25-66%.
Reduced spell warmups by 1-5 turns.
Quadrupled infliction chance for Poison Arrow.
Quadrupled infliction chance for Crippling Arrow.
Increased Crippling Arrow effect from 10% to 20%.
Quadrupled infliction chance for dagger effects.
Increased stagger and knock down chance for dagger
wind skills by 10-20%.
Dagger's dark skills now drain life.
Reduced damage to dagger's dark skills by 1 tier.
Dagger's water skills now damage mana.
Increased damage of dagger's water skills by 2 tiers.
Increased Strike Chest from 30% to 60% silence.
Doubled stagger, knockdown, and flinch chances
to mace's Strike Head. (description now says
4000% stagger and 50% flinch)
Quadrupled infliction chance for Sentence.

Misc:
Fixed cooldowns on ice arrows.
Fixed potential combat crash.
