#5943 Docking can cause issue on reload
- Static entity docking to a ship does not prevent ship from flying
#5946 Fuel scoop filter is not initialized properly.
#5946 Fuel scoop filter not read during ocean harvesting
#5945 Fuel valve does not link on reload
#5948 Freak planet can spawn
#5953 Overloaded message too frequent
#5952 Assembler is not picking up scrap
#5947 Void pearl and crystals can spawn on top of each other
#5950 Collector can cause inventory corruption

Some improvements related to survival.

Changes:
- Solar, wind and Arc Furnace power level have been tweaks. Now several 1m solar/wind will be necessary to power a single furnace.
- Ore will take significantly less volume, at now 25l per ore.
- Scanner tweaked: now the metal type will be shown as letter

Hotfixes:
#5895 Crucible draws power
- Tool volume too high
- Can warp with Void Pearl in containers

Player UI now shows backpack fill percentage.
New schematics added for the Mining beam and the Power cell base.

Hotfixes:
#5892 Lightcruise engine eats h2 when connected to electrolyser.
#5887 Can delete block on terrain wrecks

Harvester now has a fule-type filter. Convenient to dump oxygen to not stall a H2 farm for example.
