Alpha 27 Update:Fishing and Arson

New Contents:
  1. - Added a craftable item “Fishing Rod” to the chemistry workbench;

  2. - Added a few fish-related items and dishes;

  3. - Added a craftable item category “Sickle”, which comes in various materials, and can be used for harvesting crops, eliminating the need to plant crops repeatedly;

  4. - Recategorized torches into placeable torches and hand-held torches. Besides the lighting function, hand-held torches can also ignite combustibles;

  5. - Added searing arrows of different materials, which can deal burn damage to enemy units or combustibles;

  6. - Added 2 new accessory slots.


Adjustments:
  1. - Firearms, bows and arrows, and melee weapons no longer deal damage to placeable objects (except burn and explosion damage);

  2. - Increased the stack limit of most items to 999, and that of arrows and bullets to 9,999;

  3. - Divided various workbenches and the corresponding craftable items by materials. For example, copper items can only be crafted using a copper workbench. Players are no longer required to manually add crafting materials;

  4. - When the damage dealt by a player or a monster is above 10, the decimal part will not be displayed;

  5. - Accessory slots must now be unlocked using the Envr Adaptability Shots.


Fixes:
  1. - Fixed the bug where teammates’ weapons were not displayed normally in multiplayer online mode;

  2. - Fixed the bug where the flooring of hyperspace could be dug up using a shovel;

  3. - Fixed the bug where chainsaw’s sound effect could travel infinitely far;

  4. - Fixed the bug that caused the UI zoom function to fail.

30/12/2020:
  1. - Now, when the character equipment is completely damaged, the equipment will no longer disappear, the player can repair it and continue to use it;

  2. - Now, weapons and armors obtained by opening treasure chests, dropping monsters, and NPC sales all have random plating attributes;

  3. - Now you can sell items to all merchant NPCs (With overhead logo).

  1. - Fixed a bug that caused the character archive file to be damaged.


16/12/2020:
  1. -Fixed the bug that the character could not pass the wind trap;

  2. -Fixed the bug that the character could not receive the Warp Drive Manufacturing Blueprint again;

  3. -Added guidance for old characters: "Unlock all the craftables of Technology Foundry in Schip's Lab, and then get the Warp Drive Manufacturing Blueprint from Matthew Schip".

Alpha 26 Update:The Final Boss

Regarding the update efficiency, due to insufficient R&D funds, we’ve been unable to expand our team, and each developer has to shoulder multiple tasks simultaneously. Besides, while working on new content, we also have to spend a considerable amount of time testing, optimizing, and adjusting the original system and fixing the bugs. Unsatisfactory contents that temporarily fall under “shelved” and “work in progress” categories also take a lot of time. For update content, we incline to provide high-quality, rather than dull and repetitive, content.

Now, we’ve finally completed all the plans regarding the game’s main storyline, which can be seen as a milestone. The next job is to work on “Body-part editing” and “Dungeon challenge”. After completing the two, we plan to start working on some branch contents to enrich the gameplay and gaming experience, such as adding more environments, enemies, and interaction methods, including diseases, events, and weather.

We have devoted a lot of effort to Keplers. We believe that with our persistence and hard work, we can bring you more and better content. Thank you for your continued support and encouragement!

Adjustments:
  1. - Now, the unlocking progress of Technology Foundry in Schip’s Lab is bound to the character;

  2. - In Multiplayer mode, players can only enter their own Schip’s Lab;

  3. - In Multiplayer mode, bosses’ drops are now granted to each player separately;

  4. - Now, players’ movements are smoother. Also added a camera following effect;

  5. - Increased the base durability of all weapons and tools;

  6. - Increased the drop rate of Gene Module Analysis Materials for all gatherable objects and plants;

  7. - Increased the drop rate of Gene Module Analysis Materials for certain monsters (for example, Chameleon);

  8. - Increased the appearance chance of Giant Infected Bears, Baby Beetles, Baby Cockroaches, and Baby Flies on Underground Floors 1–4;

  9. - Slightly increased the base attack and movement speed of all pets;

  10. - Deleted the Meco pistol-holding researcher enemy on the surface;

  11. - Increased the reproduction and growth speed of all animals.


Fixes:
  1. - Fixed a bug that caused Nightmare Butchers to hold two chainsaws when charging;

  2. - Fixed a bug that might cause Goblin Warhorses and Goblin Zombie Dogs to appear on the surface in Multiplayer mode;

  3. - Fixed a bug where pets in blood loss state might still be hit;

  4. - Fixed a bug that prevented pets from attacking Rifter;

  5. - Fixed some bugs that might cause game crashes.

Multiplayer Mode has been released. Although we tried our best to test the online features and fix all the bugs. But due to our lack of staff, we cannot guarantee the game is bug-free. So please leave comments here: https://steamcommunity.com/app/747200/discussions/0/2520275467409534854/ and let us know if there is any bug that you come across in the game, we will try to fix them as soon as possible.

  1. - Fixed the bug that the Ground Captain dropped the wrong item in expert mode.


17/09/2020:
  1. - Fixed the bug that the "Chemistry Workbench" in the craft list of the Technology Foundry of Schip's Lab was still displayed as "Plating Pool";
  2. - Fixed the bug that the movement speed of the Goblin Knight was abnormal.
