Re.Poly Version 0.2.7a

Hi there girls and guys. In this weeks update I added 2 new weapon types and the mystical mount: Pegasus which is a flying mount.

Villagers can not be assigned via a specific resource anymore. You now have a villager menu in the inventory where you can manage your villages and villagers.

I hope you enjoy the update and feel free to post any bugs on the discord server :)

Changes:

- Changed: Gathering Villagers (Woodworkers, Miners and normal gahter Villagers) Will now harvest only one specific selected resource instead of all possible
- Changed: Punching animations are a bit better now
- Changed: Villagers can not be assigned to resources anymore. Instead you have the Villager menu in the Inventory

- Fixed: Villagers can not be controlled from guild members
- Fixed: Fort towers that are standing in the world (The Forts for example) Are assignable for Villagers

Update V. 0.2.7

Hey there girls and guys. In today's update you will be able to find NPC's and rescue them. They can do tasks for you like gather resources etc.
But you have to prepare some stuff for this. At this moment it is enough to place a Village center and give it a name. In the next update I will add a lot more stuff so you have to offer them food and a bed etc.

But for now let us test that out and have some fun with them :)

I will update the game weekly now to give you more updates and to react faster than monthly because I think this will give us more to discuss with eachother.

Additions:

+ Readded: Possibility to rotate the character in the main menu
+ Added NPC prototypes that have names, and professions like Lumberjack, Miner, Farmer etc.
+ Added UI for assigning a NPC to a specific resource type to gather for you (Repeating cycle so you have to assign it only one time)
+ Added logics to press the F key when looking at a resource to open the NPC gather UI
+ Added item: Villager assembly point ( A 36 slot sized chestplace where the gather NPC's will put their gathered resources in. Players can only take items out but not put something inside to keep the place free for the NPC's)

Changes:

- Changed: The font of the signs is the same as the game displays in menu's etc.
- Changed: Pressing the reset key in the keyboard settings will now reset and save instead of just reset the keys
- Changed: Raised the radius of the claim sphere from 2000 units to 4000


Fixes:

- Fixed: Mounts are not able to turn around when standing on foliage or when standing on rocks in the caves
- Fixed: Mouse sensitivity seems like to be reset in some situations
- Fixed: Claim Spheres do not work correctly (Now only registered players can build and the indicator is showing the correct state)
- Fixed: When unmount while turning the camera has a strange angle

Update Version 0.2.6a Hotfix

Thanks to you out there I got informations about some bugs with the mount stuff that I implemented in the last patch. Thank you for posting bugs on the discord server. I really appreciate it :)

+ Added a distance check for mounts to clear the target when it is too far away


Changes:

- Changed: The glider will not rotate into the looking direction anymore. It will be only turning when pressing left or right


Fixes:

- Fixed: Guild members can not sit on mounts that are tamed by other guild members
- Fixed: Mount is attacking a target even if the enemy is dead
- Fixed: After teleporting a mount that has an enemy target, the mount is still walking to the target (Causes the mount to walk to the last teleport spot where the target was)
- Fixed: Own Mount is dealing damage to the owner and guild members
- Fixed: Mount will deal damage to mounts that are have the same owner or are in the same guild
- Fixed: When a player from the own guild or the owner is attacking a mount it will start attacking

Update Version 0.2.6

Hey there girls and guys.
This month is poorly a sad month in my opinion. Because I was ill more than two weeks I had no energy to work on the game. So the planned stuff has to wait another month to come. I am really sorry about that. But I wanted to implement the most wished stuff: Building with the building menu again and get rid of those nasty info bubbles. Instead you have a little UI info that can be expanded for more details.

In the next month I will add all the stuff I could not add in that time to work out the plan I have posted in the trello board.

Additions:

+ Added underwater flora
+ Added interaction info that can have more detailed information like contained items etc. by toggling with the left alt key

Re.Poly Update Version 0.2.5

Hi there girls and guys. In this month update I could not fit the plan to implement the dragon mother event and the system to expand mount controls. The reason for that is the huge amount of bug reports that I got. I am happy about it because I have fixed so many bugs and even the dedicated server verson is working much better.

So I have to put the content I could not add this month to the next month update. Sorry about that but I want to have everything more stable before I put in more content.

The Update notes contains all the stuff that I do including the hotfixes posted this month. Have a nice day and I hope we meet us on the Discord server :)

Additions:

+ Added text info for building parts, usables and when a chicken or rabbit is catched
+ Added info to the taming game which keys are have to be pressed to play the game
+ Added: Using the right mouse while holding a weapon or some tools without a shield the character will block the incoming hit and reduces the durability by the damage income (Means after some blocks with a weapon the weapon will be broken when the durability is 0)
+ Added sound effect and a display icon on the left side that stays for 20 seconds when you are invited to a guild
