Earth From Another Sun - 2019/09/13 Changelog

Hi EFAS players and followers:
As promised in the last news announcement, this update should fix most of the issues that have been encountered. Our development has worked hard to make this game more optimized and fixed quite a few issues. Please take a look at the logs below to get an idea of what has been updated. Alpha 9 - 2019/09/13

——Brand new features:
Levels
Stores now have DNA Upgrade Panels;
Rest level added, will now be accessible after every level.
System - Added Medal function, which can increase the number of DNA obtained at the end of levels;
Chips - Added basic chip attributes, you can now receive attribute additions when picking up chips (player feedback*);
Weapons - Weapons now have two new rarities;
Enemies
Enemy knockdown ragdoll has been added to several enemies;
Bosses will now have environmental special effects (Player Feedback*).
Player - Players will now be knocked back by grenades;
Sounds - Environment sounds and HUD sounds have been added.


——Improvements and changes:
Weapons
Weapons are no longer active cards, they are now individual items that can be picked up (with no ammo limit);
Shotguns effects have been redone.
Special effects
Optimization of the games overall special effects;
Optimization of radiation dust special effect, no longer obscuring the player's vision (player feedback*).
Drops
Items within "Shop" change as game progresses;
Optimized drop chance.
Portal - Added an interactive button, press and hold to enter next level (player feedback*);
Balancing - Difficulty curve of the game has been modified (player feedback*);
Chips - Adjusted drop rate (player feedback*);
Enemies - Optimized damage text display;
Optimization - Game has now been optimized, player can now enjoy a smoother experience with fewer stutters (player feedback*).

——Bug fixes:
Fixed an issue where player was pushed out of the map as they stood under the dying Trogleuth. (player feedback*) ;
Fixed an issue where players are unable to reach portal, after they defeated the Trogleuth. (player feedback*);
Fixed an issue where the Eternal glove item had no effect on the Trogleuth. (player feedback*);
Fixed an issue where the Trogleuth projectiles were causing stutters. (player feedback*);
Fixed an issue where players crossbows display incorrect numbers for critical damage. (player feedback*);
Fixed damage balancing. (player feedback*);
Fixed Underground Cave terrain issues causing ACC or MadMike to fall through the map and die (player feedback*);
Fixed an issue where boxes could not be opened and did not display an open prompt (player feedback*);
Fixed an issue where a part of the sky darkened in the Canyon Scenario (player feedback*);
Fixed an issue where Hitlin Boss spawns under map (player feedback*);
Fixed an issue where the shotgun didn't crit correctly (player feedback*);
Fixed an issue where insects didn't return to their correct pathing after falling (player feedback*);
Fixed an issue where the flashlight didn't work correctly (player feedback*);
Fixed an issue with the stores chip replicators. (player feedback*).

Hi EFAS players and followers:
We hope you've had loads of fun on our previous update! In this update, we've taken much of your feedback in consideration to make the game a lot more fun for you guys, so that we can all enjoy a hopefully more stable version. This update includes fixes for balancing (yes we know, some mobs are much tougher than necessary), optimization, fixes for those pesky bugs and problems in the game. Lets take a closer look and see what else this update has in store for us!

Gameplay
Chips - Now with a combination feature!
System - New award/medal function!
Weapons - More in depth weapon rarity
Enemies - More effects! (can never have too many)
Sound Effects - Many new sounds added into the game, be sure to keep yours ears perked!

——Changes & Optimization
Chips - Adjusted drop rate (player feedback*)
Weapons - Weapons are no longer active items and can be picked up from the ground with infinite ammo
Special Effects - Optimized so that you get even more stable frames!
Balancing - Balanced so that our standard mobs don't seem like OP mini bosses (player feedback*)
Levels - Increased chance for "Shop" level to appear after battles (player feedback*)
Drop - Items within "Shop" change as game progresses
Game flow - Portal now has an interactive button, so that you can only leave the level when you want to
Optimization - Game has now been optimized, player can now enjoy a smoother experience with fewer stutters (player feedback*)

——Bug fixes:
Fixed an issue where player was pushed out of the map as they stood under the dying Trogleuth. (player feedback*)
Fixed an issue where players are unable to reach portal, after they defeated the Trogleuth. (player feedback*)

It's finally here, a new big update with a lot of content! For the ones that love to farm, a new survival mode has been added. This version contains a lot of new features and changes, so we welcome all of you to share your feedback (may it be new ideas or bug reports). You can use our feedback function in game or join our discord channel to share all of that with us. So right now, I'm going to announce this version's content!

Shielding: Cycling skill, while activated will negate all damages received;
Reflect Dmg: Cycling skill, when damaged, will inflict back a certain amount of damages to the player;

Gun Shield: Health bonus is now replaced by shield bonus.

UI - Improved chips, tools and weapons information display (Players Feedback*);
Balancing - Difficulty curve of the game has been modified (Players Feedback*);
Performances - Optimised game frame-rate and frame-drops (Players Feedback*);
Radiation Blanket - Increased visibility when the radiation blanket is active (Players Feedback*);
Mad Michael - He got an Auto-Defense Device and will not fire anymore.

Fixed an issue where the Deployable Shield would not block Locilus bullets (Players Feedback*);

First of all, we are terribly sorry that this version was delayed up to today and I hope you can understand that, even if the programmers worked really hard to repair it, a lot of new functions promised before have not been added to this version in order to make the game experience better. But!!! (Setting up a flag here...) the next version will definitely have more content update than ever! So right now, I'm going to announce this version's content!

Enemies - New random skill "Thorned": Cycling skill, while activated will deal continuous damages to players inside a certain radius;
Chips - Deleting chips inside of the backpacks now costs NanoBucks.

——Improvements and changes:
Environment - The Grand Canyon has been vastly expanded;
Chips - Changed Life Support System: Now recovers health on enemy kill;
Leaderboard - Changed to total duration of the run;
Gameflow - Game now ends when completing level 20;
