Patch notes: V 2.2.23.190

The following improvements and fixes were implemented:


    - Fixed the bug when discarding a fuel block, which appeared in maintenance tasks as incorrectly located.
    - Fixed AO map to prevent it from clipping through supply room shelves.
    - Fixed bug in boron filtration column that visually appeared to be working even though it was not [2].
    - Fixed bug in MSCV display selector when turbine control panel was off.
    - Fixed the NO POWER IN COOLING TURBINE alarm error that was triggered in some situations without reason.
    - Fixed a bug with genset room lights where the lamps would continue to glow even when turned off.
    - Fixed bug with external power available indicator light where it was green instead of red.
    - Fixed AO pathfinding bug that prevented it from reaching the Pressurizer.
    - Fixed the bug of premature wear of the generator sets during start-up.
    - Fixed low oil consumption during circulation pump warm-up.
    - Adjusted the cost of transformers and resistance banks, and the costs of associated upgrades, to balance them across classes.
    - Adjusted evaporation and condensation calculations within the condenser.
    - Adjusted the ranges of the alarm speakers.

    - Smoothed out sun rotation if game performance allows.

    - Webserver GET variable for active alarms
    - New webserver features to allow users to set a custom port, listening interface (localhost or all), and to auto-start on game load.
    - Fixed webserver ability to properly restart after loading a saved game.
    - Tablet Service Compliance demand graph improved dynamic vertical scale to improve readability.
    - Added COOLANT_CORE_FLOW_IN and COOLANT_CORE_FLOW_OUT (Ker Ball One).
    - Added the webserver GET variables COOLANT_CORE_CIRCULATION_PUMP_X_CAPACITY and COOLANT_SEC_CIRCULATION_PUMP_X_CAPACITY for reading the maximum amount of fluid the respective pumps (X ranging from 0 to 2, inclusive) can move, in L/min (Ker Ball One).

    - Added the webserver variables CORE_POOL_COOLANT_TANK_VOLUME, CORE_PRIMARY_CIRCUIT_COOLING_TANK_VOLUME and CORE_EXTERNAL_COOLANT_RESERVOIR_VOLUME.

    - Fixed an internal bug when displaying some items in the maintenance report.
    - Fixed an internal bug in the operation of the AO extender arm.
    - Fixed an internal bug when trying to verify if fission was reversed.
    - Modified the low volume alarm on the condenser so that it will not activate if the reactor is in shutdown mode.
    - Modified the water pump limit for the core's outer vessel so that it can be completely emptied.
    - Enabled the ability to extract fuel blocks in use (broken seal) if the reactor is shut down and cold.

    - Fixed an issue where generator sets would not load fuel from the reserve tank in some situations.
    - Fixed an issue where rain was invisible when dynamic lights were active.
