PixelOver 0.11 Inverse kinematics

Hello, this new release mainly adds inverse kinematics constraint for 2D bones.

Inverse kinematics support for 2D bones. To use it, set constraint of the first bone to inverse kinematics. By default the constraint is set to from parent, so it will automatically create the chain with child bones.

More precise inputs (needed for IK and parent/child relation generally). Number of decimals displayed can be setup in settings.




improved grabber icons. Added rotation icon and auto rotate scale icon in right direction.




Added fast rotsprite for native pixel art rotation. It can be better than default omniscale algorithm in some cases.

PixelOver 0.10.2 Usability and fixes

Hello, the last update modified the whole architecture to gain in performance and memory. This update corrects the different regressions and improves usability.
(some fixes already applied on sub-version of 0.10.1 as it was critical ones)

Currently working on inverse kinematics integration. Should come soon at next main release.

Added export progress dialog. Show the exact progress and ability to cancel the export.





Display saving files warning (files already exist) and error (no permissions, invalid characters, ...) message before exporting.




Saving a project now uses temporary file. Preventing corrupted project file when the software is stopped during the saving (In any case the software normally wait the end of a saving in the case of a normal stop).




Auto compute UI scale from screen DPI. Added setting to set a custom scale.

PixelOver 0.10.1 Huge performance improvement

Hello, this update improves the whole software performance, memory used and stability.


As a lot of the architecture has been rewritten some regressions can be excepted.
So this update is marked as unstable and the last update is still available, the time to fix potential regressions.
If you see any issue don't hesitate to report on discord, that's faster for small regressions.

The whole architecture has been rewritten. Load faster, don't crash anymore on big projects, use less memory.

So yes, more than 100MB of memory saved for the same projects.




Added Shape size input. It may be useful to redefine the default size.




Display a message when the software doesn't have the permissions on the exporting path.

Hello, this main new update adds gradient and dithering patterns !
