Hot Patch - Nov 11th, 2025

Fixes & Improvements
• Fixed Conquest issue where the captain's personal data wasn’t saving, causing ships on the holomap to appear inert at the center.
• Increased energy capacity of utility ships to better reflect their non-combat equipment slots.
• Fixed refineries not offering their refinement services.
• Fixed warp behavior so the next jump waits until all ships have fully exited warp.
• Fixed warp jump calculation, incorrectly disabling the button despite a valid warp path.

What’s in the hot patch:
- Fixed a save access lag loop that could cause periodic stuttering or freeze-ups.
- Mining stations in Conquest now correctly accept all ore types.
- Resolved an issue in the Gauntlet where players couldn’t warp forward despite the destination being directly ahead.
- Added a new Gauntlet mission: Overthrow Overseer — challenge the current sector ruler to claim their throne if they are on your faction.
- Fixed a bug causing Conquest-built stations to revert to their “under construction” state after completion.
- Corrected the Conquest death process to respawn the player with a replacement corvette, like in open world mode.
- Fixed an issue where sold ships could reappear after being sold.

It’s been a wild ride getting here, but now it’s your turn to take the helm and help shape where this project goes next.[/p][p][/p][p]This first build has many of the core systems up and running — enough to really get a feel for how the game plays day-to-day. As a solo dev, I tend to work on several things at once rather than following a strict linear plan, so think of this more as a branching path of ongoing to-dos rather than a straight line of milestones.
