  • [p]Added an on screen waypoint marker to make jobs easier. If you don't have an active job the waypoint marker will show the location of your car. During an emission it will show the closest shelter. You can enable/disable the waypoint marker in the game settings.[/p]

Demo Patch 1 Changelog

  • Added a new practice map.
  • Emissions will happen less often.
  • Added more shelters.
  • Shelters will now provide protection against radiation pockets as well.
  • Now you can enable debug mode by adding "-debug" launch option in the Steam properties.

Major Visual Upgrade

  • Added new building models.
  • Reworked the entire map with brand new locations.
  • Added rivers and lakes.
  • Added new type of dry grass and dry plants.
  • Added real time planar reflections for the water.
  • Added dynamic pole cables.
  • Added fallout particles for emission.


Dynamic Dialogue System

  • Added a dynamic dialogue system with NPCs.
  • NPCs now have a short term memory and can gather information during their online lifetime.
  • You can ask NPCs if they have seen certain individuals or members of a certain faction to gather information.
  • You can directly get jobs from NPCs via the dialogue menu.


Combat

  • NPCs will now shout your location dynamically during combat
  • Foliage now provides slight cover
  • Implemented a distance based NPC vision. NPCs will have a harder time spotting enemies that are further
  • NPCs now can heal wounded squad mates
  • Added AK47, AK47 Golden and AK47 PSO Scoped variant.
  • If you harrass NPCs for a long time they will attack you. For instance holding your weapon around them etc.


Jobs

  • Added a new job type “Raid Squad”
  • Added a new job type “Save Radrunner”
  • Improved “Eliminate Wild Animals” job.
  • Improved “Capture Important Package” and “Secure Secret Documents” jobs.
  • Removed “Retrieve Lost Package” job since it was too similar to another one.


Other Changes

  • Added random stash locations around the zone.
  • Added Renegade faction.
  • Added item pickup sound effects.
  • Added hunger and food.
  • Better cover algorithm for NPCs.
  • Added animal sounds (grunts, squels etc.)
  • Reworked weapon animations.
  • Improved bullet tracers.

  • Added frame limit setting.
  • Added combat music volume slider.
  • Removed render scale option
  • Removed sand storms.
  • Loners now have randomized outfits just like the Renegades.
