- Free look added to the Hut — you can now rotate your view freely while resting between runs.
- Bullet smoke and line-of-sight now resolve to the precise hit location rather than an approximate one.
- Player hurt audio is more prominent — hits land with more weight now. (Community feedback: MrWhitefolks)

- Fixed weapon activation inputs becoming unresponsive after dismissing a tooltip mid-run.
- Sanity now correctly reaches zero — all remaining traces of auto-restoration have been purged. (Community feedback: MrWhitefolks)
- Fixed eldritch incantations not returning to the pool when skipped at the pedestal. (Community feedback: MrWhitefolks)
- Hurt feedback restored — the HUD portrait flash and post-process vignette now correctly trigger when taking damage.
- Fixed incorrect door orientation appearing in certain generated maps.
